House vacation rentals in Santa Maria de Solius

We had a fantastic family holiday here, bringing together three generations - aged 3 to 77. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained including the teen and pre teen kids so that they weren’t stuck on screens! The padel court is so much fun. And the triple size jacuzzi was a hit with the kids!! The house was well equipped and clean, also providing basketballs and padel rackets/balls so we could play lots of games! The sea views from the terrace (enjoyed with a gin) were what holidays are made for. We loved it, Thankyou!

Thank you for this wonderful stay. Great house in the middle of a protected area with great amenities and breathtaking views over the sea. The pictures don't lie - the place is really great! This accommodation has been lovingly furnished with taste and style. We were a group of 8 women who just felt comfortable here. On foot with luggage, the accommodation is a bit difficult to reach, as soon as you plan this you can experience a wonderful vacation here. Super quiet, great view, great accommodation - what more could you ask for?

Family of 6, we stayed at Laia's place for 3 nights. It was a great experience. The place is lovely, quiet, clean with ample parking even for larger vehicles. All amenities are there. 2 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice living room with tv. The outdoor area is turf and there is bbq and on another level there is a pool which unfortunately we didn't have chance to use. We highly recommend staying at Laia's. She is a wonderful person and we felt like being treated as family. There are 2 wonderful cats on the property also :)

The property manager was very helpful and communicative and this was a big reason I ended up choosing this rental over others. She seemed so warm and friendly that I felt confident booking. She met us at the house, which was easy to find via instructions she sent beforehand. She had a very sweet welcome basket of food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived and even had offered to order takeout food for us since we were arriving late. She sent a beautiful guidebook with recommendations that were helpful. The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were made up and ready with towels and toiletries like a fancy hotel. There was coffee and sugar (but no cream) and everything needed to cook (oil, spices, pans, etc.). The location felt extremely private and safe and was a 10-15 minute drive to town and beaches. We used the heated pool every day even though it was April and cold/windy. The host continued to communicate during our stay and met us when we left. Really pleasant experience.

We - 4 adults and 2 children - spent 2 weeks on a wonderful vacation in the great house. Everything in the description is 1:1. The pool invites you to refreshments, the terrace is great, there are 2 awnings for enough shade. Everything is available in the kitchen, the rooms are very nicely furnished. You're comfortable. All around a great vacation and a great place. The small bay with beautiful beach is a 15-minute walk, with small restaurants and kayak rentals. In addition, all shopping facilities are available in the 3 km area The landlord is very helpful. We would vacation there again anytime.

Very good stay, however if you want to go to Girona, it is more convenient to have a car.

Fantastic views and great outside spaces to socialise and have fun. Close to Blanes, local beaches and easy to reach the rest of the Costa Brava area. Max was very helpful with his communicate and advice.

If you want an oasis to relax, but the ability to go to Barcelona on a 1 hr train ride or go to one of the many picturesque towns nearby this is for you. JJ is there for anything you need and having the front and back terraces makes it a place where you can have many spots to relax My tip, grab the master bedroom - the view is to die for.

Ines is a great and professional host. The house had everything we were looking for. First of all great location. 5min drive to the beach close to main Street and very safe and private. The house was absolutely clean.Great kitchen and bathroom. There is a fantastic Terrace to spend out door time and a great gated parking. We also were in touch with Xavier(Ines'sSon). Eli's house is beautiful, modern, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. You really feel right at home. On foot you can quickly reach the supermarket, the pharmacy and a market hall where you can get great fresh fish, meat and vegetables. The beautiful bay of La Fosca with crystal clear water can also be reached in 15 minutes. Eli is always available and is available to help you. Would book this place again anytime!

Apartment was absolutely perfect! Directly in front of the beach with an amazing terrace. The apartment is very stylish furnished and you fill instantly like in the home of your dreams. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are super comfy! Garage is huge and directly at the apartment, which is a big plus. Location very central!

If you want to relax and drink fine wine within 1 metre of the beach and within 4 metres of the water this is the lance for you. Quite amazing to be so close to nature, the calming sound of the rippling waves and all under a warm Spanish sun…. Tables, chairs and sunshade provided . Should you not want to cook walk 1 metre to the right to a seafront restaurant, they will even serve you to your own appt table. The house itself was comfortable although perhaps the bedrooms lacked a bit of privacy due to the nature and likely original design of the building but I’m straining to criticise anything …… would return but will be bringing big repellent! We stayed with 4 adults and 3 young kids and absolutely loved the place. It's actually much better than it appears in the photos. The kitchen is well stocked, there are toys for kids, and the roof balcony is great. The beach is literally right in front of the door and is great (popular, but not overly crowded). Tons of restaurants within easy walking distance. Despite the people outside at the restaurants, inside was pretty quiet. Some of the furniture is dated, but otherwise perfect, highly recommend!

We had a great time in this house whose terrace offers an exceptional point of view and a very pleasant garden, a real haven of peace to rest from the hustle and bustle of Platja d 'Aro, a very touristy city without great interest but Palafrugel or San Feliu de Guixols, much more authentic are not far away. Gustavo and Joaquina are extremely welcoming and responsive hosts. A recommended rental where we will be happy to come back.
