This beautiful house is a rare find, feels like you're staying at the Encanto house! Peaceful and within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. Our lovely host Rossella was very helpful and welcoming, providing local wine and breakfast and offering great recommendations for places to visit including introducing us to a local legend captain Tano who took us out to sea for a day. The house is equipped with everything you need and made us feel right at home. It's even more beautiful than the photos and learning the history of it made it even more special (it was designed by the architect of Teatro Massimo). We had a fantastic time and highly recommended it.

This place was, without a doubt, the best place I stayed on a 5 week tour my wife and I had recently. This ground floor unit was like a house of my own, even with Oranges and basil in my own garden. Everything was perfect and I cannot say enough about how Giralamo helped me to find restaurants, banks, and whatever I needed. He was a true gentleman. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone.

Stunning location. Beautiful Villa lovely decor. myself, my partner and our 4 children had a lovely stay and enjoyed the swimming pool daily. A small gym and and table tennis especially was very much enjoyed. Valeria was great and we felt welcomed. Very memorable stay with everything we needed. Close to the beach and supermarket. Highly recommend.

We had a nice and relaxing time in the apartment: everything was as described. We and our children felt completely comfortable. Especially because of the quiet location! The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. Great location, close to the train and the beach, in the area there are shops and restaurants. Enzo turned out to be a very nice and helpful host, always in touch with us. Thank you very much for a very nice holiday in beautiful Sicily. See you in the future!

An absolute gem of a stay; the host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. The garden was beautiful and the entire property is very private. My entire group felt safe and the apartment has enough space for all of us to spread out. Hands down our favorite home, about 15 minutes from the city, and should be a must stay for everyone.

We stayed in six in Paola's beautiful apartment, which exceeded our expectations. Everything is very clean and fragrant, cared for in every detail and equipped with everything you need in a home. In addition, we took advantage of the Appa rental car (suggested by the host) right in front of the apartment and it was a very positive experience, also thanks to Mrs. Giovanna, kind and helpful. When we had small issues, Mrs. Paola was immediately available and helpful, resolving promptly. It was easy to communicate thanks to your kindness. We would definitely go back, highly recommended.

The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Just completed a 4 night stay. The property was great! Views better than shown on listing. The apartments are well stocked with basic necessities (shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, water,etc). We were met by the host and shown around, they communicated well and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. A short drive to Mondello Beach or Port of Palmermo. Plenty of space in the apartments for our group! Very happy with the property! Thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Patrizia’s home. Very kid friendly. Everything was as described and the view was beautiful. She was very responsive when we had any questions, and cooked us a delicious pasta dinner on the first day!

Giacomo is a fantastic host! His villa is beautifully located, a few minutes walk to the beach. Even before booking, he was remarkably available and communicative, taking the time to answer all our questions precisely. We appreciated his flexibility: early check in, late-check out proposal, transport proposal. The villa is clean, welcoming and perfectly equipped. We had a wonderful stay. The house, the garden are beautiful, very flowery, and the setting is idyllic (seen on the mountains) and peaceful. The house is impeccable and perfectly equipped, we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The accommodation is very well-located for crisscrossing the surroundings. Nearby: pretty beaches, the small market town of San Nicola l 'arena and everything you need for shopping. The people who hosted us were very welcoming and gave good advice (very good restaurant addresses) and also very responsive when we had questions. No complaints, this stay was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the garden with olive and lemon trees and the pool. Porch with view of the ocean and mountains was wonderful. Shaded area for breakfast was nice! Martina is a warm person and very helpful as a host. It was dark when we arrived and the Sicilian mountainroads are difficult the first time for tourists so it was nice to be in contact with host for help. Recommend to arrive when light out. We enjoyed the two large dogs and several cats around, well-behaved with us and our kids. We got awesome local recommendations from host which really made our trip even better including a drive to the best beach we’ve ever seen. We mixed cooking at home and driving (15-20min) to restaurants. Not good for local area walks but garden is big. We were two adults and 10 and 14 yr old kids. Lots of space. Three bedrooms. Small but fine kitchen (no oven but microwave oven available). Very clean and comfortable, two floors, building separate from host’s. Loved our stay here!!

The house proposed by Chiara is very beautiful, pleasant and ideal for our stay with friends. The sea view is breathtaking, the outside of the house is beautiful!! Host was very available to us. However negative points: the bed in the bedroom upstairs squeaks a lot (the box spring), the shower in the master bedroom was not working (no flow and no hot water), regarding the selective sorting of waste: very complicated regulations on the island, we would have needed more explanations in the house on the sorting of waste. We recommend it +++ the house!!

Very nice villa with a magnificent 10*20 swimming pool surrounded by vegetation and very quiet. A small peaceful haven to make in love or with a couple of friends 20 min from Palermo and 5 min from Mondello beach. Simple and responsive communication with Cristana. We would highly recommend it.

The Villa was spacious for a family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 grandchildren. The pool and yard were a great place for them to play, as was the dining room table for family game nights. The layout and openness of the villa was perfect for our family. The view of the mountain was beautiful. Communication with Veronica was timely and helpful. The location is fairly close to the airport and was good for traveling around Sicily. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Fabrizio, was so helpful from the moment we booked. The place did not have a booking the day before so he happily allowed us to check in several hours early. Salvatore warmly welcomed us at the property and gave us a tour. Cathy then got in touch to ask if there was anything we needed and she was a great help with all the hundreds of questions I had about where to eat, how to get taxis, fun places to go in Palermo etc. The house and grounds are huge and every bedroom has its own en-suite. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and lots of towels provided. Kitchen was well appointed which allowed us to cook meals with ease and there was cute tablecloths so we could dress the table and make it feel special. During our stay an item was accidentally damaged and they were very understanding and we were able to sort it out. I really appreciated that. It really felt like a home and with the fantastic service and care I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Thank you!
