A great place for a short stay. Private garage, small lawn (it was perfect for my workout). There are a few nice venues for breakfast and dinner in 2-10 mins walk. For colder times the warm ac works perfectly (we were with an infant)!

Highly recommended, super comfortable and tidy everything, with a beautiful view. Very attentive Liliana for anything we need. It is a very quiet location to rest and disconnect.

A bit of a last minute reservation but the house was incredible and the pool was very helpful during this period of hot weather. I would have liked to stay there longer.

Everything was impeccable. The apartment is just like the photos, fully equipped, clean and tidy. The shower gets all the stars!! A pleasure. Martina gave us all the necessary recommendations for our stay, a genius! The area is very nice, quiet and with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Price-quality ratio 10/10. Fernando was readily available to give us information, was very flexible at check-in, as our arrival and departure times were quite odd. The apartment matched the description, very good bathroom, everything was clean. We really liked it!

We stayed in this apartment and the experience was excellent. The location is very good, in a very quiet area and with easy access to everything. The apartment is perfect for two people, it is impeccable, tidy and very functional. The view from the balcony is simply spectacular, with an incredible panoramic view of the city and the river. In addition, I want to highlight Esteban's kindness, who was super attentive and was always in contact with us, making sure that our stay was perfect. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

The apartment, located in a hallway, is very well designed inside and is comfortable and feels like home, ideal for a quiet weekend. The area can be used and enjoyed 100% of Rosario. Quality restaurants, bars for drinks and the river just steps from the apartment.

Formidable! I'll be back every time I visit Rosario. Renata's apartment is located in Puerto Norte, the best area of the city by far. A modern, practical apartment with all the amenities (including a fixed garage in the basement, which in Rosario is a plus!). Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and the river at your feet. 100000% recommended.
