Excellent accommodation and value for money. It is a few blocks from where the center begins and the house has all the necessary amenities for 5 people to spend the days you want and enjoy San Pedro peacefully. Everything was sparkling: floors, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, garage and bedrooms. The kitchen is super-equipped and with everything you need for everyday life. On the block there is a butcher, greengrocer, kiosk, grocery stores and everything you need on a daily basis. The only thing we would improve is the mattress of the double bed because it looks old and is uncomfortable. It's very soft and sinks. Everything else was barbaric. Finally, Franco is always very attentive and ready to answer any questions, so we are very grateful to him.

The days at Diego and Agus' house were excellent! The house is beautiful with all the amenities for the stay. Modern and elegant design. It is very well equipped and it shows that every detail has been thought out. We really enjoyed staying there. Diego and Agus are very attentive. We stayed for a long 4-day weekend. We were 4 adults (family). The house is spacious and comfortable. Keep in mind that a room is a space open to the living room. The house was clean and in condition. The pool and garden were spotless. There is a very friendly horse (a mare) named Iris, almost like having a huge dog, which adds a very nice extra experience to your stay. Juliana communicated very well with us, always available and was able to answer all our questions. Super friendly. I recommend staying here to relax, have barbecues and enjoy as a family.

Excellent apartment on the last floor of the building. Lots of sunshine, great balconies, and located within walking distance of the river and downtown Rosario. Cristian is an amazing host, very proactive, and always available. Highly recommended!

I was a short time. But the location is great for enjoying the rosary. It is an ideal accommodation to spend a Finde in Rosario.

A spectacular apartment, spacious, bright, complete, with a privileged view of the Parana River and an incredible library that occupies every corner. Well decorated, with warmth; the large balcony. The building has good security and is one step away from the park. Luisa is excellent and attentive.

Tomas was a great host. We were visiting the country for the Christmas holidays and chose La Agustina to spend time with our family. It was a great decision. Everything was seamless, and he was easy to reach if needed. The location, albeit somehow far away from CABA, is peaceful and spacious. The decoration is beautiful and the state offers something for everyone: sunsets, horses, barbecues, room for sports practice etc. Would definitely come back.

If you are looking for tranquility, it is excellent. The only thing that is uncomfortable is if you need to buy something like a supermarket, there is nothing nearby, but if you plan ahead and buy everything beforehand, the rest is nice and quiet, good facilities, comfortable

Thanks for everything Adrian, the house is very conveniently located and clean, comfortable beds, the garden is great with basketball courts, ping pong, grill, stove, etc. A couple of maintenance details would greatly improve the house! As a tip, you should rethink the additional cost per person, which we found excessive. Beyond that, the overall experience is very positive and I recommend it!
