To start with, when we arrived, Maria's accommodation smelled extremely good. The house is very nice, very simple and very clean. The beach is a five-minute drive, a small tapas restaurant, just opposite a few steps away! A place for the private car… The place is quiet and peaceful, very relaxing

Absolutely fantastic villa. Stayed here for 3 nights and had a brilliant time. Villa complex is massive and in a great location. really easy check in process and the owner even organised an online food shop for us on arrival. Would definitely recommend staying.

Alba and friend is very friendly, everything very clean! Garden is mega beautiful and you can help yourself. Khaki, tomatoes, herbs, etc. made me feel very comfortable and undisturbed. Dogs were very welcome, which I really appreciate! All in all great!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa – it’s truly excellent, with a range of amazing spaces both indoors and outdoors that comfortably catered for a group of 10. The location is great too – just a 10-minute walk to the beach, where you’ll find a small but charming selection of bars and restaurants. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace – the sunset views are absolutely stunning. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches, including a bottle of wine, milk, and snacks on arrival. Vicki and Chrissie were wonderful hosts – responsive, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Ibiza. We’d recommend having a car, as the local resort is quite limited in terms of shops and dining options. Highly recommended!

The house is really pretty. In the center, close to shops. The bedding was just perfect and the bathrooms were impeccable. The house is located in the middle of other buildings with some opposite, therefore music is necessarily inside. But that didn't stop us from having a great stay! Communication with Guenael before departure was perfect and on site with Florian as well. Advice on the surroundings, responsiveness, late check-out…

From start to finish, our stay was perfect! Check in process couldn’t have been easier, the apartment was spotless and the balcony was massive. Location was lovely, felt safe and secure and the beach was a 2 minute walk and taxi rank just across the street. Would love to come again!

I booked Susan's apartment for its terrace with views and it did not disappoint! I had a great time enjoying the winter sunshine and could not be more happy with the location which allowed easy access to the beach, marina and the town centre. The apartment itself was bright and spacious and had everything I needed for my winter escape. Susan and Gaby were very responsive and welcoming and made my stay enjoyable. I would love to stay at Susan's place again!

We had an amazing stay at Pascals villa for my 40th birthday. The views were unbelievable and the photos really don’t do it justice. The sun set from the villa is wonderful. Some reviews mention difficulties with taxis but we had no problem with Ubers, also Pascal recommended a few taxi drivers to fit our party size. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope return again soon.

Ralf’s villa really was that of a dream! If you think the photos look good just wait until you are there! Such a great vibe with a beautiful pool area that is just to die for. Myself and my friends had an amazing time. Lots of happy memories made. The villa was lovely and clean and there was lots to do in walking distance. We all love a coffee and nice food and you’re truly spoilt for choice in Sant Josep. Having been to Ibiza many times, I must admit this time was by far my favourite! Being able to travel to the nightlife if you wanted to instead of being amongst it was great. Ralf was a great host. Easy check in and was always there to answer any questions. And with a super accommodating late checkout which was incredibly appreciated! As we had lots of suitcases and our flight wasn’t until much later on at night. Over all I’d give Ralf and his villa a 20/10 if I could. I’ll most definitely be looking to come back! Thanks again ☺️

Lovely rustic house in the middle of the countryside. We loved the place, quite difficult to get there if you have a low car but we were fortunate to have a higher one to drive throughout the road to the house. Expect a rustic typical house with many amenities such as gas bbq, few different locations to chill and read and have lunch. Very well equipped with beautiful plates and glasses, blender etc.. The pool was perfect size and with great views. We had a perfect time over there as we knew what to spect when you are in nature, which is a lot of mosquitoes or insects but there’s nothing you can do about it. Manuel was incredible helpful and you barely notice him being at the little house at the front of the finca. He was there for whatever we needed and recommended us different places too. We would definitely come back again!

If you want the true ibiza experience book this cabin. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it's defff 5 star ibiza experience. Total privacy, walking naked as no one else was there, sea view, still close enough to supermarket, relax, chill, sun. There are no dark curtains, so bring your sleep mask or just wake up by the sun as we did. The aircon is amazing, as it was 35 degrees outside. There is little basic for cooking, we did breakfast & coffee every morning sitting outside. Lunch & dinner on the beach. Communication was awesome, directly a reaction if I had questions. As I had been on Ibiza before I didnt need recommendations. Every day the cat came and said hi. Also bring your phone if you are going to the bathroom/toilet at night. It's not far, but pitch dark. Maybe a glass wall in the shower, cause we didnt succeed to keep the bathroom dry when we did take a shower (we left the door open during the day to dry the soaked bathroom ;)) loved it all the way! Would deff come back! Amazing <3

The house is located in a beautiful, peaceful, rural setting with a stunning view of the sea. It’s close to the lovely village of San Carles de Peralta and Cala Llenya, a stunning beach. It was clean and tidy with a well stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful time staying there and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

We had a very good time at Can Botanica! Alessio answered all our questions within minutes and provided a lot of help. The Villa is as described and it's a wonderful place to hang out and to start Ibiza adventures from!

The stay with Pietro was a dream that came true, everything was correct and made our holiday an experience we will never forget. The vinca is beautiful and really authentic, spacious, fully furnished with a nice kitchen and clean and the view and the garden are breathtaking. Also the contact with Pietro was very good and nice he took the time to explain all questions about the area and the eateries and gave fantastic tips. You have good privacy and can still be easily connected. This works very well. We are very grateful that we were allowed to stay in their dream home.
