Monthly Rentals in Santa Elena

It is the second house we rented from Bernardo, it does not stop me to amaze, nice place, nice environment, close to good restaurants, beaches without many people, many activities in the sector, recommended if you want to rest and disconnect but have a cable to earth. Thank you Bernardo.

The apartment is beautiful, Geoconda was super kind, she was always ready to help us, the apartment is located in a central area, you can get anywhere quickly, 10000/10

This place is a true gem. I stayed over a month, and honestly, I didn't want to leave. The beach is two steps from the entrance, the house is small but functional and clean. I work online and the wifi always worked great (no problem for video calls). Working from the hammock with an ocean view was a real treat. Manglaralto is a quiet, safe, and sleepy village, but it offers whatever you might need. If you want more action you can go to the neighboring villages a few minutes away, for just a few bucks by taxi. Oscar, besides being a great host, is genuinely a great person and he will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I'll definitely be back!

This house and Tania were one of the best places and hosts ive ever had had the pleasure of staying at. The place is beyond perfect for rest and relaxation, the outside porch then inside netted porch are great for sitting and all the windows on the inside of the house make it great for being inside all the same. It is close to town to do any simple shopping and close to the beach to swim or surf. Montanita and Manglaralto, a little more lively towns for partying are only a $1-$2 cab away or a walk if you dont mind a small hike. It is a tropical location in a small town, so it does rain and mud is around but Tania supplies boots if needed, but my sperrys did the job just fine without getting mud everywhere. The dogs are the cutest and nicest pups, once you get to know them they'll love you and always greet you with wagging tails. 20/10 recommendation for a place, whether for 3 days or 3 months (I stayed 3 months) and I will definitely be back again.
