Very grateful to Giancarlo, very good host, very kind, responds quickly. The place was beautiful, impeccable, very clean. The only downside is that there's no wifi. The house has everything you need and everything worked. Jacuzzi is a plus but not hot water. It may be worth mentioning that the room does not have air conditioning, another fan was good ( this is already everyone's taste). However, among everything ,we had a nice stay, a very safe place👍, I highly recommend it. The common areas were very nice and well cared for.

I really liked the place, everything was very comfortable and cozy. Pierina is very organized, so she helps you plan ahead for someone to help you clean and prepare food. You also have the guard's help for anything you need

A very comfortable and large house with everything you need for a complete holiday. The prime location is located within a private and safe development. Hosts are always attentive to any concerns and always open to providing the necessary facilities.

A magical and romantic experience for any couple, or group small or large! We used the entire home for our family reunion and had an absolutely fabulous time playing in the pool, the jacuzzi, and the beach! The gorgeous ocean views and sea breeze were like a breath of fresh air to wake up to every morning. The stunning sunsets and lapping waves would lull us to sleep every night. The house was more than comfortable for our group of 17 guests, both within the bedrooms and out on the grounds. The home is meticulously kept and lawn as well as surrounding area very well manicured. The home provided us with everything we needed to live the beach life for a few days, including cooking pots and utensiles, beach towels, even a washer and dryer! There is a lovely local couple taking care of the home who were at our absolute beck and call if anything would need a kickstart or a fix. Safety - we felt utterly safe and comfortable in this neighborhood and in the home. We did not feel the need to lock up our possessions, although the more discerning traveler might choose to do so in the pin-operated safe provided. There is parking at the home if you're driving in. The local town of Monglaralto is right next door, and the famous Montañita is a short 5-minute drive away. We did not walk there, although we were told that it's a nice walk along the beach to Montañita. Also, Salinas and Puerto Lopez are close by. We took about a 1h15m trip to Salinas for a day at sea and we were quite happy with how close it felt to our headquarters. Overall, we would definitely recommend this comfortable and spacious home, and we look forward to visiting again soon!

A nice place to get away from the noise and spend a private, quiet and comfortable vacation. Isabel was very attentive, always looking out for us. And the house caretaker is super attentive to making sure the house and pool are in optimal condition so that we can have comfort and everything ready and clean whenever we need it. The location is recommended, as it is close to a super beautiful and quiet beach which is private and clean.
