Great place right in front of the beach. You will enjoy a beautiful sunrise and the warm water of the beach. Since this place is right next to the beach, people can congregate in front of the building, and be a little bit loud to not fault of the property owner. Regardless this place is an awesome and safe place to stay. I loved it and I would stay there again.

I can't say enough about Reto's place. Right on the beach, our view from our room was stunning. You can drink margarita's in the sand, watching the waves, or go for a swim in the pool. We could even see humpback whales from the beach! The room was clean, large, had a/c and a ceiling fan (although you don't really need the a/c with that beautiful ocean breeze), and they always brought up some water for us after they tidied the room daily (which I really appreciated!) Reto, and his staff were very helpful, friendly, and truly made you feel like you were at home. The food was amazing! My partner and I opted to hang out at the hotel the whole time, it was so peaceful and had everything that we needed that we didn't even check out any other beaches / nearby places! It was an extremely restful and rejuvenating experience. I would go back tomorrow if I could!

I appreciate all the attention from Mr. Alberto, we had an amazing week, the rooms surprised us with their very good size, impressive terraces, jacuzzi, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the experience was unforgettable, mainly to celebrate our anniversary, Mr. Alberto spoiled us with a passion fruit smoothie and exquisite coffee. We brought our dogs with us on the trip, and they enjoyed the stay, the walks on the beach and the swims in the sea. It's the first place that made me put my computer aside and be connected with myself. If you're looking for a place where you can find peace, tranquility and at night you can be lulled by the sound of the waves, Bendita Luna is the best option. There are restaurants nearby in case you don't want to cook one day. The view from the rooms is of the beach. A 10-minute drive away is a store that opens at 5:00 am and closes at 11:00 pm. Stunning location with breathtaking view, high-speed internet (not easy to find around there), delicious vegan cuisine, Infiniti pool with mesmerizing vista, modern room infused with the captivating essence of the Oaxaca’s culture. Not to mention its central between downtown Huatulco and downtown Pochutla so shopping is easy and surrounded by so many beautiful beaches.

Absolutely stunning house with an incredible pool that stays warm all night, perfect for night swimming. The location is right on the beach in Salchi and the house is truly stunning with all amenities you could need. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay. The views are beautiful. The area is quiet and conducive to rest.

Incredible place, in a really lovely location. Meant to only stay a few nights, but ended up staying for a week. No internet meant it was easy to disconnect and relax. Kitchen is well equipped and Alejandro was great in buying and delivering our shopping lists everyday so we never had to leave. If you did want to leave though, it was super easy to get a Tuktuk up to town, or walk it in 30 minutes. It’s also the only place on the beach, and 10 minutes walk from the point break so basically the best location you could have. Wholeheartedly recommend!

The apartment is spacious, clean, beautiful and has everything you need to cook. The pool was almost always alone, it is clean and big. The bad, (for me) what you see as a garden in the photos is actually a public park. And unlucky I was failing the internet 3 days in a row.

We loved the house❤️, we had a great time during the stay, very comfortable, with furniture in excellent condition and clean. The pool is ideal for children and adults to have fun.

You won't be disappointed! Spacious, nicely furnished and equipped condo in gated community. Fabulous views from living area and both bedrooms. Large comfortable balcony with spectacular views. With so many wonderful restaurants nearby, we did not cook but the kitchen had everything you would need. Community has a beach and multiple pools which are accessed via beautifully landscaped walkways. Huatulco is very spread out but you do not need a car. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. We called the security gate for taxis and they always came within minutes. The highlight of our trip was a private tour of the bays. We saw so many whales, dolphins and turtles. This captain (Santiago) will take you to as many beaches as you want - and let you stay for as long as you want. We learned about him through You tubers called something like Gringos are us. We had a wonderful stay at Constance's condo in Huatulco!

The place matches the photos and the location is magnificent, being able to enjoy the hotel facilities, beach, etc. The only thing is that there is no all-inclusive plan for the hotel and during the December season the prices of food and drinks are excessive, but everything regarding the condominium is excellent!

Great place and location

Stellar beyond words. The Host's, Dan & Sonia, have done a remarkable job fashioning their property to insure a memorable stay. Immaculate, pristine, unblemished, and gleaming. Superior quality linens throughout, a quiet environment, and wonderful location. The on-property staff are very responsive, kind, and anxious to please. The helpful staff will summon a taxi, and we never waited for more than a handful of minutes; a short 40 pesos ride to most locations in La Crucecita and surrounding areas. We are anxious to return for a visit and look forward to enjoying this host's hospitality once again. As I read this review, I hope one of you don't book the condo for when we wish to return. The apartment has a spectacular view, the infinty pool and the apartment itself is incredible. Bayside's company assigned us to Emilio who was always super attentive, friendly and cordial. We were a group of friends and we coordinated our arrival with a reliable driver service. We definitely return and recommend Emilio's apartment and service

My wife and I really enjoyed Sotovento. It is a little ways from town but the taxis were very prompt. The security at the gate was very helpful, we often would request a cab for a specific time 2-3 hours in advance and it was always there right on time. The place was amazing. Built in the place 4 years. The pictures are 100% accurate. Tracey’s son Kolten helped us with airport transportation, taxi contacts, he picked up groceries prior to our arrival , provided a few helpful tips and met us when we were leaving. Excellent service all around!

My stay was excellent, clean cool, and the internet worked very well most of the time. Alex was extremely responsive and kind. Only downside was that without a car there isn't anything walkable, but the taxis were quick and cheap.

This place is really a very nice place; it is comfortable, clean, excellently located, it is really much better than in the photos. We had a great time.

The service was wow, the ocean view was lovely! You have to climb two floors of stairs, so light luggage is recommended, and if you bring a baby, make sure you have a kangaroo carrier because there are no ramps for strollers. The apartment is very nice and clean :)

The place is located great for us. The main beach is just a minute's walk. Nice taco and breakfast places on the first floor and close to the building. Very close to everything by walking, you can hike to different locations including some other beaches and downtown to La Crusesita. The taxi station is just on the corner. Could be a little bit noisy in the evenings but for us, it wasn't a problem and around 11/30 p.m. it's gone.
