It is a spacious, bright, recently renovated and fully equipped house for your desired vacation. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen-dining room, a living room and a loft with an office. It has a front garden and a rear terrace with BBQ, outdoor shower and armchairs to relax in the sun. There are two restaurants in the urbanization. The only rule is that our guests treat the house as their own. Being a quiet residential area parties and loud music are not allowed.

Amazing little apartment in a fab location, literally a walk away from Siam park, Siam mall and the beach. Apartment was gorgeous with a fab little terrace that you could sunbathe on and Klea was an amazing host, answered all our questions, made check in and check out so easy and even allowed us to leave our bags for a while as we had a light flight, meaning that we could enjoy more of our stay. Would 10000% recommend and I’m sure I’ll be staying there again!

We stayed for approximately 2 weeks and enjoyed that it was a very peaceful and quiet place, located in a great location with easy access to the highway. The apartment was very comfortable to live, whether cooking, working from the available desk or just relaxing. Reyes was super responsive, always willing to help and super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here to anyone!

We had an excellent stay The apartment is right in the middle of everything. The 2 balconies are amazing you can watch the sun rise on one and the sun set on the other. Apartment had everything you need and was spacious clean and being top floor very quiet, walking distance to the beach and harbour or up into the town Thank you ☺️

Everything was wonderful! The place is really a little paradise and probably unique in Tenerife. The outdoor area is so incredibly beautiful and very well maintained, many different places invite you to relax. The direct access to the sea is also just great, a little rocky but no problem. The interior is also very nicely designed and you feel right at home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and the whole accommodation is sparkling clean. The bathroom is very small and the bed is not the most comfortable, but the rest of this great place far outweighs these little points. The location was also great for us, not in the middle of it but only a small, beautiful walk from El Médano. Martín and Paula are great hosts, very personable and always easily accessible. They even picked us up and brought us from the airport. Kater Mucho and dog boss are just as friendly and we are big fans. Thanks for everything and anytime again :)

We had a wonderful stay! Judit was very helpful and accommodating when we arrived and the apartment is a beautiful relaxing space. The apartment is surrounded by beautiful gardens and an excellent pool area. We really enjoyed our afternoon walks by the marina and the area around Golf del sur is great for a small family. Thanks for a nice vacation!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spacious, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring some really interesting and beautiful parts of the island. The hosts were warm and friendly, always available if needed, but also completely respected our privacy. Parking always available right out front, which made everything even more convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent stay at Marlen's , the accommodation is impeccable, very clean, and very well arranged . Marlen was very responsive and pleasant with us 😊 she was at our care thank you again for everything! We traveled with our two children including a baby, she had everything ready for us highchair, bath, crib with towels and blankets. She also lent me her stroller to prevent me from flying with it. His recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants were great . The outside is so nice in the evening as well as the hot tub after beautiful days of walking and walking!!! Everything was perfect I recommend this place and if I have friends who have to go to Tenerife I know a great place!! Thank you Marlen and look forward to it ( we will definitely be back) Anne Laure 😊

The complex was lovely, the apartment had a pool view and perfect for catching all the sun. Two terraces were a bonus. The apartment was clean and easy to use. Try not to take heavy luggage, there are a few stairs up to it. Stella's instructions for access and local amenities were very clear. We had great sleeps! Would definitely recommend for those wanting a relatively quiet place.

Central for Los Gigantes but in a quiet area despite the road outside. Beautiful views from a large sunny balcony. Bedrooms at the back of the property so no road noise. Andrea responded quickly to a couple of issues we had and these were sorted immediately. Looking forward to returning.

absolutely fabulous! we needed a flexible check in due to urgent stay (awful previous hotel so checked out early) we checked in easy and we've loved our stay. it is very clean and the bed is soooo comfy! the location is great! we walked to the beach and bars daily! overall it's perfect.
