La Laguna, a World Heritage Site, is 20 km away; Mount Teide is 42 km away, and the south of the island, where you can enjoy SIAM PARK, is 100 km away. The house is a 67 m2 apartment with a garden. Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.

Ocean terrace

Our apartment has a wonderful ocean view. It's very spacious, bright and comfortable. Ideal to spend a few days relaxing and quiet, although it is also very close to the sandy beach, where you can surf or simply go for a walk and enjoy the view of Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo. You'll love my place because of the views, the cozy space, the kitchen, and the location. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and nature lovers
