La Laguna, a World Heritage Site, is 20 km away; Mount Teide is 42 km away, and the south of the island, where you can enjoy SIAM PARK, is 100 km away. The house is a 67 m2 apartment with a garden. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.
