New and very well-kept apartment, equipped with all the comforts for your stay. Rossella was super helpful from the time of booking! Absolutely recommended!

We had the most fantastic stay in beautiful San Miniato. Walter and his Father were exceptional hosts. There was beyond generous provision in pantry, fridge and fruit bowl. Walter was very keen to offer to refresh bed linen and towels as often as required and was also very keen to remove recycling/ rubbish etc very quickly. Walter is so friendly and very kind even arriving on Easter Sunday with a beautiful traditional Easter cake. He is an exceptional host, thank you so much.

The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and very welcoming. The location is excellent, right in the center and close to the bus station. Sara was very nice and helpful. Recommended!
