Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Croce, Florence

We spent 10 days in Leonardo & Gabriela’s Oltrarno apartment. It has charming yet sophisticated nautical decor , every amenity , great kitchen, in a well established, upscale , quiet neighborhood. Fabulous local restaurants , patisserie, butchers , fish market and fresh produce within 5 minutes walking . Also walkable to many important Florence sites and museums through the Porta Romana arch gate . It is a wonderful building and a magical experience . We usually stay at elevated hotels and this apartment met all our expectations. They were very responsive and helpful on several occasions. The kindest and nicest hosts. Magical stay at Paola's. Hard to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car at the train station and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious - hard to have a better arrival especially after a long journey. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day to Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't believe her generosity! She is very attentive to all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We highly recommend staying at Paola's, the best Airbnb host we've ever had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you've been wonderful, and we're already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci! :)

This was a great place to stay right outside the tourist area but also close enough to walk. Very peaceful!

We had a great stay! The location is super close to the train station so made getting to/from with luggage very easy. We walked to everything within the city, most things were around 15-20 minute walk. Eddj was super responsive, helpful, & courteous! He came to help us from the train station to check in and even left a care package with some Italian groceries and rose in the room for us. Highly recommend!

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

We had a wonderful stay in Florence. This apartment is located in the center of the center, so it can be a little noisy outside at night, but it's absolutely worth it for its close proximity to major sights. Stefano was an excellent host. We were met in person and check-in was easy. Communication was excellent. The apartment was well-stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great location! Apartment was exactly as described. It is about a 20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and a 12 minute walk to the Train Station. Great place to be away from the tourist and easy to walk to the tourist area.

This spot is in short walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It was very cozy and private. Great find!

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in the apartment for a full month. We felt at home very quickly. It is perfectly equipped. I would highlight the kitchen and all its utensils. The radiator heating works very well, even on cold days; together with the double glazing, it maintains a very comfortable atmosphere inside the apartment. The door is reinforced, which makes you feel very safe. The location is a few minutes' walk from the historic center. The Plaza Libertad area seemed very quiet and less noisy to stay in. Very convenient access from the airport or train station, thanks to the proximity to the tram (only 50 meters away). Marco's communication and kindness were unbeatable. Without a doubt, it will be our accommodation in Florence the next time we visit this beautiful city. Thank you!

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

what a stunning place! the views and serenity were absolutely superb. Anna and her mother were incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful. they treated us like family and made our stay unforgettable. the views over the valley and up the mountain are breathtaking and the peaceful ambience on the large private grounds was blissful. I would highly recommend staying at this property and I hope to return myself one day.

We had an amazing stay at this private villa. The beautiful garden made the whole place feel like a little paradise. It was incredibly quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

WOW. What a great place to stay We loved the Air B&B that Carlotta rented to us. The accommodations were fantastic. The roof top patio looking at the Duomo and Bell Tower were stunning and even more beautiful at night. The home was in the perfect place in Florence. Really close to everything we wanted to see. Just below Carlotta’s place was a great gelato place and a fantastic restaurant. Carlotta was a great host. She was very responsive to my many questions and pointed out a few things on a map for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Very walkable and convenient without being in the middle of the crowds. Fabulous rooftop patio. Helpful elevator, though small of course. Our family of seven had a wonderful stay here. Would recommend to others!

We had a very enjoyable stay, Ilaria was very helpful and responsive. Only negative is that as this property is very near the piazza, the street can be quite loud until very late. However, closing the windows and shutters kept most of the noise out. All in all we loved the place!

We had a great visit! Very walkable and quiet at night compared to surrounding area since it’s in a semi-private courtyard. The rooms were nice and common area was a nice place to relax in between sightseeing!

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Lorena is a very attentive host! She received us with great affection, allowed early check-in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, close to the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street as the building, the two closest. Clean apartment, clean linens and everything comfortable! It was a great stay! I highly recommend it!
