Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Croce, Florence

We had a wonderful stay at Nir’s Airbnb. The location was excellent—within walking distance of most amenities, including the Duomo—yet it was quiet and offered plenty of privacy. Nir reached out before check-in to ensure everything was on track, which we really appreciated. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described. Nir was quick to respond to our questions and offered great local tips on where to find groceries, pasta, pizza, and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

This Airbnb listing has a great location! It has a lot of space and is roomy and well appointed. The communication is also clear and precise and Filipo was very helpful with all the instructions! We had a lot of fun in our time here at Florence and would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the major attractions and at night, we could hear the musicians from the Ponte Vecchio. Christiana is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful. She explained the apartment to us on arrival and assisted us with taxis and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

We spent two nights at Valentina's place. We appreciated her proactive approach before we arrived and she was very responsive to our messages when we had questions. There was a kitchen that was functional, the bathroom was clean and the terrace was the WOW highlight of our stay. We were 4 adults in the accommodation, which is a little tight, but for 2 nights it was perfect. The sofa bed and the bed were very comfortable and we were even able to do our laundry there. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is breathtaking and we were able to walk to downtown Florence several times and we enjoyed the grocery store a few steps from the accommodation to stock up. Great location to step right out into the flow of the day. We loved having cafes and restaurants super close. So many things to see and so easily walkable!

Such a fun place to stay with an incredible rooftop terrace. The surrounding area is very local and there are a lot of hidden gem bar and restaurants. Dan was a fantastic host, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you want a peaceful and local experience!

This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Casa Ventura was a wonderful place! If you are visiting Florence and want to be close to the city center, but in a lush upscale neighborhood, walking distance to all Florence has to offer, book this gem! It was so tasteful, and well appointed. Every detail was thought of and made our stay very comfortable. Great place, location, and attentive hosts. I highly recommend! No stairs which is nice if you have a bunch of luggage, you just walk right in. Clean and has everything you need to feel at home.

Fantastic place to stay! This was my second visit to this apartment because it’s in a perfect location, beautifully furnished, in a quiet neighborhood but five minutes from everything. The two bedrooms are very private and have a nice amount of space between them. Can’t recommend this more highly!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

I highly recommend Bryan's place it is extremely beautiful and well maintained with an amazing back drop. Bryan and his family are very welcoming. If you want a taste of Tuscany you need to stay here.

The apartment was spotless and just as described. Amazing views of the plaza and we had everything we needed provided to us within the apartment. We had an easy time checking in with Giampaolo and the location was unbeatable. Would stay here again in the future!

Our stay in Florence was truly special thanks to our incredibly welcoming host. Even before we arrived, we felt warmth and welcomed through their thoughtful communication and helpful tips. The apartment was spotless, well organized, and easy to settle into with clear instructions. Its location was perfect, just a short walk to the Duomo, Uffizi, and many of Florence’s iconic sights and hidden gems. The host’s local recommendations helped us experience the real Florence beyond the tourist spots, including some truly delicious places to eat. Their hospitality made us fall in love with the city. This is the Italy we long for, and we will definitely be back.

Sabrina welcomed me and husband with open arms and made us feel right at home. She showed us the amenities and gave us important tips to get around the city. Very central location, however the walls are quite thin so we could often hear other apartments noise late at night and loud music from the street below. Overall very clean, functional and practical with lovely added touches like washing tabs and shower gels

As experienced travelers and former residents of Florence, we wanted to be close but slightly out of the fray of the high density summer madness that is Florence this year...especially in the center. Luca's place was exactly that...so close, with the incredible view, but not IN the madness. The spaces are large, bed comfortable and view extraordinary! The air conditioning was efficient and quiet...and essential, as the mosquitos on the Arno were insane. We could not open the windows. I had some travel glitches and Luca and his brother were accomodating to make sure we got into the apartment. We will return and truly look forward to a return visit!

A magical first trip to Florence! This apartment can not be in a better location to explore the best that Florence has to offer. Proximity to Duomo is off the charts!! Despite that it was super quiet and slept amazing. Amenities were great and exactly as described. Restaurants and amazing cafes are everywhere and all within 10-15 max walk. We miss it already and can’t wait to return! Air conditioning worked great for those concerned about that.
