The apartment is fantastic, perfect for a couple, equipped for all needs. The location is great for getting around on foot, as it is in the heart of downtown Florence. Virginia was present right away, giving us instructions and remaining available for any need. We had a very good time and we will definitely consider this place for an upcoming trip to Florence! 🥰

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

We stayed at Tiago’s place on a trip to Florence that was for both work and pleasure. The apartment was just as pictured and had everything we needed (including fast internet for telework!). From the moment we arrived, Tiago was friendly and communicative. The location is great - peaceful and calm but also a quick walk or bus ride to the city center. We arrived with our car and appreciated that there was plenty of free street parking right in front of the apartment. Highly recommend you stay with Tiago when you’re in Florence (don’t forget to try his ice cream at the shop next door - it’s great!). We hope to return again the next time we’re in Florence. There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

We've stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and it was the best experience we had throughout our whole trip in Italy for 2 weeks. We literally felt like home. Location is perfect, very quiet, convenient to walk or to go by bus. Some shops and cafes nearby. There're everything that's needed inside the flat, exactly as it's states in description. We'd love to stay here again if we return to Florence

Francesco's place was a great find. The location was just right; walking distance to every place I wanted to visit, but just enough off the very center to be less crowded. Also, I got to see the beautiful facade of the Bascilica di Santa Croce every time I walked out the door! There are some really good restaurants nearby; the famous gelateria, Vivoli, is steps away; and a short walk took me to the nearby supermercato. For those who want to eat in sometimes, as I did, though minimally-equipped, kitchen worked well to make simple meals with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop and a microwave). The apartment is not huge, but feels spacious with its high ceilings, and was comfortable for me staying both solo and as a couple. I stayed for four weeks, and I was happy to return to my little home away from home every day. Francesco was a great host, very accommodating, who checked in weekly to make sure all was well, and was quick to respond to any question or concerns I had.

What an apartment! Tastefully decorated, all the necessary amenities and full of small touches that were very much appreciated. It's clean and quiet, you won't want to move. Daniela is very nice and responds very quickly to your questions. The "favorite" is entirely deserved 😊

Elona and Daniele are amazing hosts, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left they were there to help guide us, support us, and in even gift us with their huge hearts! Words cannot express the quality of the hosts caring nature of your overall well being and stay. I had to get some work done remotely as many of us do now, and the hosts went out of their way to upgrade to a super high internet speed plan, which was noticed when working, the WiFi connection was lightning fast. The amount of toys, tools, and furniture available for our 2 year old baby, as well as books, was second to none. The private parking spot in the garage with security door is a huge plus, and was the initial reason we booked this place in Florence. Overall we fell in love with the city and the hosts, and are definitely looking forward to returning soon, and staying with Elona and Daniele again if their place is available. Thanks!

Thanks to the host for their kindness. municipal swimming pool 2 minutes' walk away (swim caps mandatory). the tram to go to Florence is a 10-minute drive, it will cost you 0.30 euros for the highway to get there. parking is 7 euros if you stay there for more than 10 hours. tram tickets are 1.70 euros one way. but it's a great way to get to Florence, about 30 minutes from the villa. trams leave around every 6/7 minutes, until 11:30 p.m. Thanks to the host for his advice. The garage for the car is a plus. We even got a very good cake from the host on the last day. Thank you

Eleonora was a wonderful host and the apartment was very comfortable a private. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a slower pace and quiet location. By car it was easy to get to different towns or find restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive.

Ilaria was a great host He left us the apartment really clean There was nothing missing! From the kitchen, bed linens, sheets and kitchen and bathroom essentials (soap, cream, shampoo, condiments, coffee capsules, washing soap, etc.) The apartment was comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Ilaria always responded and gave us many recommendations! Everything was super complete

Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

Our stay at Casa Paola was simply perfect. We stayed for over 5 months and we only have words of gratitude for Simone, the best host we’ve had in many years of using AirBNB. Casa Paola is fully equipped to offer the best experience in Florence. Excellent heating for the winter and wonderful air conditioning for the summer. It’s also conveniently located just steps from the tram and local shops. It’s ideal for short, medium, or long stays. Simone is a perfect host and an incredible person. There’s nothing we would have changed about our stay or about Casa Paola. In fact, a part of us will always stay there.

Location was very close to the tram that brings you to the city center. Neighbourhood was quiet and clean. Fabio responded to all questions very quickly.

We had a wonderful stay. Chiara was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit. The accommodation is lovely and the surrounding garden is perfect for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommended.

Stop here for a few days of peace and harmony and be fascinated by the stories of these places told by Marco and Alessandro, welcoming and kind people. Their enthusiasm for the village and the surrounding trails is contagious. Share the evenings enjoying a good glass of wine, cool off at the stream below the house and explore the paths around the house surrounded by woods. The house is equipped with everything you need: the bed is very comfortable and the water in the house comes directly from the mountain stream, clear and genuine. I recommend that you bring some groceries, as there are no shops nearby except several miles away. Here you'll find absolute tranquility, fresh air and ancient stories. No cars, pollution or dangers for children: a real dream! Time passes very slowly, bringing the rhythm of life back to a human dimension. If you're looking for a place to regenerate your body and mind, this is definitely the place

Patrizia’s home was very spacious and rustic. Great base camp to see the surrounding areas and great amenities nearby.

We had a great time in this house that I recommend 100%. The bedding is of good quality, the environment is peaceful Perfect for resting well during the holidays The accommodation is conveniently located for visiting Pisa and Florence, and Alessia's advice for getting there by car was perfect

Veronica’s house is incredible. Stayed there as a family of 6- and plenty of space. The view is like something out of a painting! The pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub was a huge plus! The location so peaceful. Veronica was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!
