We had a great stay for our family of 7. Our kids loved the pool and back yard. It is a great spot to explore the Dolomites in general, but limited in terms of restaurants / things to do within walking distance. Easy parking in garage across the street. Lots of character and pictures accurately reflect unit, but unit needs to be thoroughly dusted. Overall, we had great experience.

Great apartment for exploring Brixen and the wider Dolomites region. Alex communicated clearly and met us for checkin to show us round. The apartment is large, spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside space, pool and hot tub are great spaces to hang around in. Only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron.

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and of course exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for this and you can enjoy the beautiful large house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and that worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into town. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We traveled a lot, but we also very much enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. We booked this stay last minute after being snowed out of camping and what an incredible treat! The hosts are kind and warm people who go out of their way to ensure you feel at home and enjoy your time. The view is spectacular, the garden, wood burning BBQ and hot tub were all a great extra. We stayed with our small dog who was treated really well. The place had everything you need and was a quiet respite. Highly recommend. Would love to return.

Great location and awesome view. Very comfortable. Shower is low for anyone standing ( ??Maybe I hit my head every time I showered ?? ) The balconies are great. Construction for the Olympics is in full force. This building no, but surrounding buildings yes.

The three of us (with baby, 9 months old) had a wonderful holiday in the Untersteinhof. We enjoyed the great view, the daily round to the farm animals and the hikes in the area very much and were always greeted with a small chat when we came home.

Very unique accommodation with really caring, friendly and open-minded hosts! Michela and Lorenzo have furnished their hayloft with a lot of love for detail and thus create a wonderful overall atmosphere. Communication and hosting leave nothing to be desired, we will be happy to come back!

Roberta’s home was a dream. The view was breathtaking, surrounded by the mountains and a sea of trees. Roberta was responsive and helpful and getting us to the Airbnb. It was the ideal location to start my wife and I honeymoon, nearby a number of national parks and beautiful hikes. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to other guests.

Sergio's place is a haven in a beautiful setting. In early June the refuge opposite wasn't open yet, so it was a very quiet little hamlet with deer wandering through the meadows. The house is as it appears - we were lucky that we only overlapped with the guests next door for a couple of days as all the outside space is really shared. Also the house itself was freezing, and perhaps should have been opened and aired before we arrived. But it was very clean, Sergio was very helpful and it's a lovely place to stay.

Farmhouse surrounded by nature, very rustic environment but including the essentials. The owner is very helpful, he told us that we also had the opportunity to use the area that would be used for the B&B, he provided us with some food that we had not brought from home (sugar, coffee, oil), and gave us ideas on where to go for a walk in nature. A very special experience, only for those looking for an adventure in search of reconnection with nature

The small mountain hut is made with so much love and passion that you can only feel comfortable. Romano really thought of everything. There was nothing missing in the kitchen and bathroom either. It was a really great vacation and I'm sure we'll be back! There is only one thing to note: you are not completely alone. Next door, there was someone every now and then - but it never bothered us. We were guests at Peter's for the second time. It was beautiful again. Peter is very friendly, uncomplicated and was always easily accessible. The accommodation is perfectly located to walk into town or to hike directly. We slept well and felt very comfortable.

Actually, we would have preferred to stay... 🥰 It was super nice at Hanni's & her family's. The accommodation is fantastically beautiful on the Tschögglberg with a very nice panoramic view of the mountains. Everything was very clean and superbly equipped. You can tell Hanni is in it with heart and soul. We were able to borrow the baby carrier for hiking, a swimming ring for our little one, headphones for the Asphalt Art Festival, to name a few things. We immediately felt at home and welcome. There were also many good tips for activities. Once we got caught in the rain, Hanni immediately picked us up by car. So an all-round service that I have not yet experienced and we like to travel a lot! We will definitely spend our next vacation in South Tyrol with Hanni again! As a family of four with two teenage children, we had a really nice time at the Alpakahof in Serfaus. The farm is quiet and very idyllic with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is spacious, super cozy and very well equipped. There is plenty of storage and retreats. On the large balcony you can also relax wonderfully in the winter sun. Also with the very trusting and cuddly cats of the house on your lap. Our great hosts were open and very helpful. If you want to go skiing, it's not far by car to the nearby gondolas. By car, you can quickly get to Serfaus or Fiss. In addition, there is a very nice hiking trail towards Serfaus near the house. A vacation at the Alpakahof is really worthwhile! We will be happy to come back :-)

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

Great place in excellent location

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 4 nights there. It is super clean, new, modernly furnished. We felt super comfortable. We had the pool partly all to ourselves. It is super quiet and the area just fantastic. The large roof terrace is also beautiful. Simply great. Eleonora and her parents are also super friendly. We'll be back for sure, then we'll stay longer :)

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

Francesca was a delightful host. We enjoyed talking with her when we checked in and she made our entire stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment was perfect for us. It had all of the necessities and is located right in the center of town. Francesca also made some restaurant recommendations.
