Only downside: very low ceilings, apartment not suitable for people higher than 1.80. Otherwise everything is super: spacious and clean apartment, quiet area but close to the ski resorts (15/20 min walk) and super responsive and helpful host!

We had the best holiday in Marzia's apartment. The only small minus was the lack of air conditioning, but we knew that in advance as it was clear in the listing. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a great week in this apartment. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village, and Fondo surprised us with its welcoming atmosphere and the beauty of the surroundings. The area is ideal for those who love winter hiking, with breathtaking views and many trails. We had a really good time and hope to be back soon!

We had such a great time at this cozy ski lodge! The ski-in, ski-out access made everything super easy, even late into the season and allowed us more time out on the slopes. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed - it truly felt like a home away from home. Huge thanks to marella for making this trip an unforgettable one. Silvia was a great host! The place was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Location was central in our trip to the dolomites and lots of nearby markets and restaurants. She lives close by, so if I had any questions, she was within minutes of solving the issue or responding to any messages. The addition of a gated parking garage was a plus. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to experience the Italian alps and see the things I wasn't able to during my time here.

We had a super nice stay in Malcesine. The accommodation was completely fine with a great beautiful view over the lake. The apartment is located 3 km from the center, higher in the mountains so if you want to walk you have to walk. We had a car at our disposal, making the house an ideal base. Giacomo is an excellent host! Thanks to him, we also found a cozy restaurant in the city center.

Everything is in order, it's the third time we've stayed here. Responsive host. The apartment has everything, including children's games. The area is quiet and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby if needed. Very close to the highway.

We had a lovely few days in Malcesine. We were there because of the marathon and this lovely home was in a perfect location. It had all the amenities we needed and was close to restaurants, bars and shops. We would definitely book to stay here again.

Very nice hosts. Shouldn't be the rule, but we were even allowed to check in at 3am due to delays, which really saved our butt. The three of us arrived with a car, a trailer and 2 motorcycles. We were allowed to park these in the small but nice parking lot. Otherwise, we were treated very friendly, we got tips for tours and restaurants and on departure we were provided with some water again. The apartment was excellent, very nice bathroom and cozy kitchen with gas stove and good amenities.

Our stay with Paola and Fabio near Arco was simply fantastic! The villa is extremely modern, high quality and minimalist – a real feel-good atmosphere at the highest level. We were particularly impressed by the hot tub, the sauna and the beautiful pool (unfortunately we could not use it in April due to the weather). The location in the mountains is simply fantastic – absolutely quiet and surrounded by nature. The view from the large panoramic window and really from every area of the villa is breathtaking. Whether you're waking up in the morning or relaxing in the evening – this view is incomparable. Paola and Fabio are outstanding hosts. Communication was always warm, quick and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and welcome and can absolutely recommend this place. Thank you for this wonderful break – we will definitely be back!

Thank you so much. We had a fabulous week in Riva and loved the apartment. It was really clean, walking distance to the restaurants, lake, main town and all amenities. What a beautiful apartment in Malcesine with views of the mountain and lake. We were given a recommendation to try the restaurant Rossovivo right down the street on the lake which turned out to be one of our favorite meals we had during our two week tour of northern Italy. The outdoor metal stairs up to the apartment are a little steep and can get slippery during rainy season but that was pointed out to us and we made sure we were careful. So peaceful and breathtaking and the hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The location with the view of Lake Garda is very nice. The landlady Milena lives in the house and welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything. A parking space is available on the premises. There are restaurants and a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The bus also takes you to the other places at any time. We will be happy to come back again in better weather.

The place was very clean and cozy. The view from the living area and from the terrace of Lake Garda was fantastic. The host Andrea was very eager and helpful. The surrounding area is very quiet, yet various restaurants are within 10 minutes walking distance. We had a nice time and would be happy to come back. 😊

We spent 7 days in a great place with beautiful views. There was actually nothing missing. It was cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need for everyday life. The location of the house is perfect. You have the tranquility to relax (surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees) and still get to the city or village in a short walk or by bus. The nearby hiking area and cable car are also easily accessible without a car. However, special praise is due to the super nice and friendly hosts. They were available to us at all times and gave us many tips for the area and our stay. We haven't experienced such a lovely and nice interaction in a long time. Thank you for this beautiful week.
