I stayed at the house for a weekend with my family. The house is very spacious, equipped with every comfort and very close to Bormio. Communication with hosts and co-hosts was easy and they provided us with great tips for dinner. Highly recommended

Really cozy house, well maintained, complete with everything you need. Large spaces, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and complete with everything you need; clean kitchen and well equipped with all the tools. Impeccable cleanliness, complete home and bathroom linens in excellent condition. Convenient parking under the accommodation. Quick and easy check-in. Very courteous and helpful host for any need. No negative notes to report. I highly recommend it.

We had such a great time at this cozy ski lodge! The ski-in, ski-out access made everything super easy, even late into the season and allowed us more time out on the slopes. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed - it truly felt like a home away from home. Huge thanks to marella for making this trip an unforgettable one. Very cozy house with large living room with kitchenette and two sofa beds (single); clean bathroom with shower and mezzanine with double bed. Traditional and cozy style, wonderful view of the 3Tre slope. Convenient car box and heated area for storing ski equipment. The center can be reached on foot. Overall, I had a great impression

Very nice apartment, typical mountain style, only reachable on foot, but parking almost always free and free is less than 100 meters away. Very close to the Temù lifts and wooden bridge, less than 20 minutes by car from the tonal pass, house complete with everything you need in the kitchen, paper/soap in the bathroom. 3 single beds and a comfortable double, bright rooms and very functional heating, typical holiday apartment shower but functional and direct hot water. Maybe the bidet and toilet are a little tight, but you can easily adapt considering everything. (4 guys on snow vacation) Very specific host, we had a good time, a quiet area and if we return to the apartment we will definitely consider it!

This is our second time staying at Baita Lisa. The apartment is really very nice, well maintained and the Host shows great attention to detail. He left us various goodies for breakfast, water, milk and even beer in the fridge. Some dishwasher tablets have been provided. Samples of shampoo and body wash were also left in the bathroom. Cinzia and her husband are extremely kind and friendly, we will definitely come back to them.

It is the perfect place for friends on a ski weekend and it has been a pleasure to stay. The host has been very welcoming and helpful since the booking and informed us of everything that could have been useful. I will definitely come back!

Our host Alessandra and her husband are very warm, always concerned and eager, you immediately felt comfortable and welcome. At all times, the garden was also available to us, where we were allowed to take our dog. The place itself is sensational, original and something very individual! We liked it very much and the amenities absolutely top! The terrace with the "wine roof" is particularly romantic. Lake Ledro is a 5 minute walk away and has a ( almost always) paved circular/ panoramic path. Well suited for families and cyclists. If you are looking for the quieter variant to Lake Garda, you will definitely find an alternative in the Ledrotal near Alessandra and Alberto. We'll be back!

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

Check-in with heart – and a perfect location For check-in, I was asked to go to the nearby campsite, where a friendly team welcomed me warmly and explained all the details in an uncomplicated manner. The property is really ideally located – close to the center, the lake and right on the bike path towards Arco. The place itself is clean, well laid out and the terrace is particularly practical – especially after sports activities to dry sweaty clothes comfortably. A warm thank you to the team for the nice care and pleasant stay!

Thank you so much. We had a fabulous week in Riva and loved the apartment. It was really clean, walking distance to the restaurants, lake, main town and all amenities. We all loved the swimming pool, especially the children and enjoyed the atmosphere of the apartment complex. We will definitely be back! Grazie mille!!

We chose the place for a few days of relaxation. Lake Tennes is super, 5 minutes' walk via a footpath (with steep stairs) directly behind the house or 3 minutes by MTB. Spent 2 days at the lake - including swimming and took a very nice MTB bike tour (Vespana Tour no. 740). Highly recommended - especially the stop at the San Pietro mountain hut. Dining options in the small village of Tenno are limited, but a few minutes by car you can reach nicer restaurants. The kitchen in the apartment is super equipped and we mostly took care of ourselves and enjoyed our food on the large terrace. Also very nice pool area - all around the grounds are much larger than you can see in the photos and in the description. We can only confirm the other positive reviews. Very nice apartment, clean and spacious and very nice hosts. There's even a way to charge the electric car right by the house.

Quiet beautiful location on the slope above Torbole. Refreshing pool, wonderful in the heat. Private parking. Good amenities, Nicola has thought of everything!

Hi the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use their garage for our skis. The apartment is beautiful and has an extensively equipped kitchen! The floor is tiled and cold. Slippers are recommended here. Otherwise everything is as described.
