Everything was great! Beautiful apartment, tidy and perfectly clean. It was like being at home. Very simple check-in and wonderful panoramic view. We will definitely be back!

Giorgio and his wife were great. They were so friendly. They let us leave our bikes in the flat to keep them safe and their place is placked with all essential items. Very clean.

The location of the appartement was ideal with beautiful views and amenities nearby. Carlos daughter Mara was great at communicating, very friendly and always responded with helpful tips. My family would definitely like to return for another stay.

This apartment is very close to Tirano so it is an excellent base for catching the Bernina Express. The apartment has a lovely village Outlook and safe free parking in the small community car park.

We have enjoyed our stay at Ledro. Very peaceful surroundings, friendly atmosphere, amazing nature and lake Ledro. Apartment was as described, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and beautiful views. Host very responsive and proactive!

Cilli is a friendly and accommodating hostess. Communication was easy and fast. We were impressed by the love and professionalism with which a modern and pleasant apartment could be created from this historic building. The renovation is very nicely documented with a photo book. There is a lot of information available for activities in the surrounding area. It is also very nice that Gerhard (her husband) has selected and drawn routes and made them available for digital route planning.

We booked the accommodation as a "base camp" for our 1-week vacation. The accommodation is located just above Riva del Garda - we like the tranquility and seclusion when we return from our day trips. We could enjoy the evening or the sun during the day outside on 2 loungers. We could also have breakfast on the terrace. That's how we like it. A good bed, 2 air conditioners and a decent bathroom with a large shower and good water pressure! Kitchen is small but complete and our little mishap with the Nespresso coffee machine was fixed within a very short time with the replacement of the machine. Parking is right in front of the apartment - optimal. Very friendly welcome by the co-landlord, good garbage handling description. Very clean. Perfect for us.

A vacation dedicated to rest and Luca's apartment was perfect. Very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. I do not recommend it for those who have walking problems as it is located on the first floor without an elevator and with access from the courtyard with significant slopes. A problem on arrival caused by works in the center of the village of Precasaglio was promptly solved thanks to the advice of Luca's wife (Debora) who very kindly showed us the alternative to access the accommodation. A special thank you for coming to us about a problem that happened to us at the last minute before leaving. If we have another chance, we'd definitely like to come back. Thank you and goodbye! A sensational accommodation!!! Great location for excursions, high-quality, tasteful furnishings, everything sparkling clean, private bookable small wellness area and e-bikes available for free! Perfect! As a highlight, a filled bread basket was in front of the door every morning - what a nice service! Very friendly contact, they responded immediately to inquiries! We will be back, we have already booked!

Brand new, super modern apartment on the ground floor. Everything you need is available. The apartment has a private sauna and is centrally located in the valley. Wallbox for E car available. 500m to the valley station, 200 m to the nearest restaurant. With the included map of the Ultental, you can take the bus for free, use the cable car and much more. Very nice and warm owners. We will be happy to come back!

The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

We had a super nice vacation at Markus's in the orchard. Super friendly owners, great garden with hot tub, delicious barbecue evening... just great. Lots of things to do and always helpful tips from Markus. Will definitely come back and can only recommend the orchard. Kind regards

We stayed in this beautiful 1600s cabin. It was a magical experience, thanks also to the location that offers a view of the entire valley. The road to get there is a little winding but absolutely worth it. We'll definitely be back!

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Riva del Garda, managed by the same owners as Residence Filanda. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Although the immediate area is quiet and there isn’t much around within walking distance, it was a peaceful and relaxing base for exploring the region. The hosts were very welcoming and professional, and their care for the property really shows. Overall, a great experience — we’re happy to give a 5-star rating!
