Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Barbara County

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

Perfect spot for a getaway. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Rooftop is the perfect wake up or wind down. Feels like a whole other location.

We've been to some luxury AirBnb's and I actually liked Harvey's place better. It has the vibe of what AirBnb was all about years ago -- a simple charming local place, fit for the area, with all that's needed for a very comfortable stay. And the garden! The garden is beautiful. We had our breakfasts there and that really started the day right. Thanks for hosting us!

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! I only booked the studio apartment for a night to have somewhere to shower and sleep mid road trip. I was soooo bummed I didn’t have more days there to enjoy it!!! The unit was actually a little more spacey than I expected (they made very clear this space was for one person). I’m weird when places have questionable linens/towels or they smell funky. The towels smelled so fresh, and the whole place was very clean. The space has beautiful features, felt modern but still cozy. Loved having the full fridge, that was very convenient. There are many units in the building but it felt private and I never heard anyone else. It’s a dreamy place with a lovely patio on the most adorable street. I will absolutely be returning with more time to spend and would recommend!

Easy enough to figure out to get in and out. Walkable to the beach! Easy/short/cheap Ubers everywhere in the city. Great option, kinda expensive.

Austin had great communication from the start and really easy check-in and check-out process. The space was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. It was perfect for the 4 of us cozy space to regroup after our conference everyday - to eat around a table and chill out at night. We'd definitely stay there again!

Cathy’s place is a gem! Beautiful and in a peaceful location. We were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara.

What a magical getaway! The house is adorable and very well stocked with quality supplies. Our kids (8 and 5) loved exploring the beautiful yard and we all slept soundly. Walking to butterfly beach and the coast village shops was just the best. Can’t wait to return!

Great location for us. The bed was very comfortable. The room comes with all the details shown and then some. Plenty of outlets. Lizzy’s detailed instructions were very helpful. Easy to find and convenient.

We had the loveliest time celebrating our anniversary at this dreamy beach get-away! Super clean and gorgeous home, so many lovely, stylish spots to relax in. We hiked nearby, had a lovely walk on the beach and ate at very lovely and delicious little food places. Hearing the seals bark nearby just was such a cute and special little touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend this place for a secluded, relaxing little retreat!

Everything from check in to check out was very easy. The house was very clean with sufficient amenities. The location is quiet but with several restaurants and a great coffee shop within close walking distance.

Amy's place is wonderful! Her property is exactly like the photos and has such great views of the ocean and vistas from her deck/yard! Very comfortable home and welcoming hospitality from Amy. She checked in often to see how everything was going and to offer assistance with anything needed, which I really appreciated since I came from out of state. You'll be happy with your stay here! Hilary’s home was wonderful. Great location just minutes away from downtown Solvang. The home was well stocked and the gourmet kitchen was wonderful to cook in. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the views and coolbreeze on the pool deck. It was super relaxing! We loved the 2 pianos in the home which we enjoyed playing a few tunes on. We did a zip line tour which was only minutes away from the home. Multiple fruit trees and flowers enhanced the manicured property. Our doggy enjoyed the lawn but did pick up ticks on our walk around the neighborhood. We were able to brush them off him. Thankfully he’s on tick and flea prevention. Overall we had a fantastic time and the kids were sad to leave. We could’ve used a few more days! Thank you Hilary for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We traveled to the area for wine tasting and this was a great starting point. The deck, privacy, and view were exactly what we were looking for. As a bonus, there were new fluffy towels and amazing water pressure. Glad we chose this property.

We loved Chelsey's place. Everything was fine. The driveway is very steep and it was impossible to park our car without scraping even with the suspension raised to max. We will come back for sure. Rick & Jackie

This was probably the most favorite Airbnb I have booked thus far. Truly the cutest little apartment in Ventura. It was extremely walkable, and I thought the street parking would be difficult, but it was not a problem during our stay. I will say that although the location is convenient, you are right next to the street - so if you are someone who needs earplugs to rest or needs complete silence I recommend bringing some as it can be loud out there in the late hours. This place was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed to do! Thank you so much David! We plan to visit again!

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked. We spent lots of time on the porch enjoying the view and watching all the happenings on the beach, talking to neighbors and the staff at Slappy’s next door and our evening campfires. We will definitely be staying here again! There are 2 parking spots in the garage ideal for smaller cars or SUVs and a lot across the street that charges $20 a day where we parked our Tundra.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay at Amber’s place! The beach is right down the street, and the space felt perfect in size. It’s just like a master bedroom! I’m so glad there were coat hangers, and a dresser because I always overpack and had a ton of clothes I didn’t want wrinkled. I will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Hi David and Tammy, this is Art Burgos - finally got back home, I didn't bring my laptop (glad to get away from it) Had a wonderful time your home is beautiful my wife and I walked to the beach and dinner, my wife was happy to see a fireplace (we have 3 fireplaces in our home) One thing I might suggest was to consider installing is a 1 hour timer on your fireplace instead of a switch - we were good and only used it a short time before bed, Ihave one in my bedroom and love that I don't have to get up to shut it off - I did not contact house cleaning, I recently had to purchase a new phone and made this reservation on my computer
