The location of the house is very good, just over a five-minute walk from the historic center of Santa Barbara. Good reception by the host, who is very kind. All simple but functional. There is a large, green and beautiful space behind the house, with free access for guests. We felt very peaceful and had a lot of privacy. Great value for the money.

We were delighted with the care and attention with which we were received. Extremely clean, fragrant, organized and well-maintained place. Giovani was very helpful before, during and after the stay. Not to mention the breathtaking view. We loved the stay!

Very attentive host and willing to help. Location very close to sporting events and not so far from the city center. Besides being at the foot of the mountain and having a wonderful view.

We had an amazing experience at Bruno's place in Santa Barbara! The house is exactly like in the pictures — clean, well-equipped and super cozy. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops and tourist attractions in the region. Bruno was an attentive and helpful host from start to finish, always available to answer questions and give good tips about the city. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Elaine's apartment, as always, is perfect! Every detail thought out in the guest's comfort and practicality. Everything impeccably clean and organized. Great location, insurance, great supermarket access and everything that's convenient. The apartment is quiet, the bed super comfy and the shower, relaxing and with great water flow. The kitchen items are great and it was excellent for having a water filter and coffee! Adorei! I have allergic rhinitis and the apartment was super clean. I was super well for four days. I recommend it! Communication was excellent as well. I will definitely be staying in this apartment again.

Everything perfect! The building is new, the cleanliness was impeccable. The room is well equipped, a beautiful planned kitchen, very soft bed and bath linens. Pharmacy, market, coffee shop and other shops next to the building. Not to mention the postcard of the Pampulha lagoon, which is also very close. Leisure area with swimming pools, beer tap and an excellent party room, with TV and video game. The stay was super pleasant.

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!
