Mara's space is beautiful, well-equipped and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication is quiet and fast. The location is excellent. Would recommend.

Fabrício was a great host, always very helpful and resolute! The house is extremely cozy, much bigger than it looks in the photos, and the decor is full of personality. (the library is a real charm) The highlight of the accommodation, for us, was the Jacuzzi and the sauna. The jacuzzi is wide, accommodates five people in comfort, has warm water and features a spectacular view. The sauna is also excellent, easy to operate, heat super well and still has a eucalyptus essence that is simply invigorating. Another point that we really liked was the super-equipped kitchen, with oven, air fryer, freezer, large pots and refrigerators – all working perfectly, which made our stay a lot easier. The resting network is also very good and the external decks are very functional!

The house is beautiful, clean , comfortable with a wonderful view of the lagoon. I loved the days we spent on-site, I intend to come back with more time. The host, very polite and his collaborator as well.

Easy to locate, great home, very comfortable with spacious rooms. Distance from the historic center but easy to get around by car or even with hitchhiking apps. Voltaria for sure because it was a great experience!

Giuliano is super nice! The location is great, the driver needs to have the morning to put the car in the garage and the apartment is on the third floor of stairs. Returning to BH, I won't waste time looking for a different place!

Alessandra and Jeff were great hosts, making check-in and check-out flexible and always assisting us when we needed it. The house has a very nice decor, with a grandma's house feel and made us feel at home. Well-equipped house and close to shops, safe neighborhood and close to the central region, which made it easy to get around by Uber in an accessible and cheap way. We recommend it!

Very comfortable house, very well located, close to the center and with a beautiful view of Ouro Preto. Having a place to leave the car and being able to walk to enjoy the beauty of Ouro Preto is a tranquility. Our stay was perfect in every way.

The apartment is in quiet neighbourhood. If you want to stay away from the busy centre, this is the place. There’s a lovely bakery, 2 mins walk away and they were very helpful. It just adds to the experience. Fabricia responding quickly to messages. Great apartment. Great stay.

Super cozy apartment, with a super nice private area, very well located building, with accessibility and 2 parking spaces very close to the elevator. Adriene was very friendly and always responded to me quickly, answering my questions and helping me with what I needed in the apartment. I definitely want to come back!

Great communication, very helpful Host

Our stay at Beth's was wonderful! The house is rustic, welcoming and has a huge backyard, super well taken care of, a true paradise for children! Everything was impeccably clean and the host was extremely kind and attentive from the beginning. We intend to come back many times!

We were staying in a group of friends at Neirinha's house for Iron Biker's test. We arrive on Friday and leave on Sunday. Everything went perfectly well. Neirinha is a super friendly, attentive person and she is always available. The house is great. Very well located, with little noise. All furnished and with very good taste. It has everything you need. It has a swimming pool and a big backyard. There is a parking space which is rare in Mariana. Super recommend it. We were in 5 people, but the house hosts up to 6 people in comfort.

the house was superb for our 4-month stay, ideally located in a secure area and close to many shops. Rodrigo, Flavia and their parents are adorable, welcoming and very responsive in case of problems. I recommend this accommodation +++

The property is cinematic! Surrounded by a lot of green and extremely well cared for. This is our second time staying and this last experience was even better. The house underwent renovations that made it even more comfortable. The internet is excellent. Another space to be enjoyed has been liberated: a very charming little field. Cláudio is super available and your Armando is a wonderful person, who has given us several guidelines. Definitely, it's the place where my dogs are happiest! Total freedom, safely! The property's location is also privileged: easy access, however, a totally quiet environment. I highly recommend the experience! Gratitude to Cláudio, once again!

We love the time we stayed in the house. Environment far more beautiful than in the pictures. Super spacious, large and very comfortable house. Airy rooms with comfortable calas. Super well-equipped outdoor area and the same hot pool in the listing. It's worth it.

We felt at home. The beds were very comfortable. the space was perfect for my family as we were at 7 people.

The place is beautiful and has fully met our expectations. Mr. Patricio and his wife were kind from start to finish and have always provided help when needed. Although the owner's house and the rented space are in the same lot and this may upset some people for the sake of privacy, I felt totally safe and respected, besides always being able to request support due to the proximity to the house. I loved the stay and I definitely intend to come back!
