The stay was super peaceful and I was able to rest well. The apartment is exactly as advertised, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We had only two setbacks: an odor coming from the bathroom drain, which improved by leaving the drain closed, and the outlet above the bed that didn't work – but the other outlets in the room were fine. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend the stay!

The house is beautiful and in an unbeatable location. The decor is impeccable, with attention to every detail, and the terrace with a view is a real plus to enjoy. The beds are very comfortable and everything is ready for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back.

The apartment is complete, has a gas stove, refrigerator, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only thing, however, is the noise: during the weekdays there is a lot of noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place this may not be the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block from Burger King and Subway, 1 block from self-service laundries, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which, although small, is enough to get a sweat on. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost-benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who did the cleaning, and the concierge staff are very nice people! It would return again for sure!

Nara is an amazing host, so friendly! Unit is walking distance from all the tourist attractions in Ouro Preto and is very spacious.

The stay was great, the building's doormen were very nice to us. The house was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. Good value for money. The only points for improvement would be the bed linens, which seemed old to me. And the bathrooms are very small, but I understand there's not much to do. Just one caveat for future guests. Mariana was communicative and assisted with all the instructions for arrival.

I loved the house! Impeccable, clean kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We were greeted at the house with a light scent of incense in the air, delicious. The view from the balcony is a feast for the eyes, and it's a quiet neighborhood, even though it's close to a busy avenue. Although we pass through the host's room, Brunna is attentive when we are leaving to avoid discomfort to the guest and we run into each other by chance, I thought it was a differential! I didn't see this as a problem as I saw in a comment. In addition, the only problem I can point out about this apartment is that we feel so at home that we believe we will return there at the end of the day, even after leaving. We're heartbroken haha Great location, perfect stay.

We simply love the space. Spacious, airy place, beautiful decor. A complete house. Excellent location, we did everything on foot. We parked the car on the street, near the Nossa Senhora do Pilar Church, without any problems. Great restaurants nearby. We recommend it!!

Second time I've stayed at Ana's apartment and there will probably be many others, my son is in love with Atlético Mineiro so whenever I have the opportunity we will be in Belo Horizonte again and I always hope to find this apartment available. Ana is super helpful, her space is super cozy and well-equipped. I was there in May 2024, May 2025 and I intend to celebrate my son's birthday every year at the Arena Mrv. See you soon!

The apartment is very spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms as shown in the photos. Excellent location, close to everything and you can walk to Patio Savassi, for example. Frederico was a great host and answered questions promptly. I and my family feel at home

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!

Excellent duplex apartment. Kitchen equipped with enough utensils. Ample parking. Clean. Two bathrooms, hot water, good pressure. Friendly communication with the owner. The only thing is that until very late, like 1am, you can hear water running, pipes... you can hear the neighbors as if they were inside. And check-out is very early, 10:00 am.
