We had a wonderful stay at this house! The location is excellent, close to various shops, which made our daily routine very convenient. Right across the street, there's a cozy pub with delicious food – it was a great surprise to enjoy tasty snacks without even needing to drive. The house itself is fantastic: airy, spacious, and very comfortable. A special highlight goes to the pool, which in the afternoon gets pleasantly warm – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Definitely an experience we’d love to repeat. Highly recommended!

Very nice, spacious and comfortable house! Great and safe residential neighborhood, it is not so commercial, but we were already aware and brought things for daily food. The host was very helpful, answering questions and demands quickly by cell phone. For those who are not from Belo Horizonte and do not know, a valid tip is: Drogaria Araújo, near the house, is actually a mini market, easy to find products for breakfast or some necessary item that you have forgotten.

Geraldo and his wife are great hosts! We were very welcomed and Geraldo was there for anything we needed! The pool and the view of the city is stunning! His house is situated on the best neighborhood of Belo Horizonte…. My daughter even came up with the name “belorihills”. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely come back next time we are in Brazil!

I had an excellent two-month stay at Luiza's place, from December 2024 to February 2025. The home is very cozy with everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen and laundry area. Santa Tereza is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to do. This home is very special because you're so close to lots of great places, but you don't get too much noise as it's located on a very calm street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to be in Belo Horizonte!

We had a wonderful experience in the house! The view is simply spectacular, a real gift! The rooms and beds are super comfortable, ensuring great nights of sleep. The bathrooms are also great, with a special note to the master bedroom, which has glass walls – something to consider for those seeking total privacy. The stairway to the game room requires a bit of attention, especially for older guests, but side access is a great alternative and resolves the issue. The pool area is a dream! And the kitchen is super complete, we find everything we need to prepare our meals. Communication with Edilton was impeccable! He was always very attentive, helpful and still surprised us with a lovely treat for the kids! We highly recommend the house and can't wait to return!

ESPLENDOROSA, I have no other word for this house... Rodrigo and Sirlene were incredible hosts from the first message before booking, Sirlene's care and affection for us was to take off the hat. Getting there the house was incredibly clean, smelling and organized. Clean and heated pool, the whirlpool is wonderful to relax and the projector has made the night even more amazing. The house has everything we need and I created wonderful memories. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Perfect and recently renovated apartment, it's even better than in the photos. Spacious and cozy space, very well equipped. Bed linens and bath linens. Super clean and airy house. Very warm shower, we didn't get to use the air-conditioning. There is a great supermarket nearby, restaurants and a pharmacy. Covered and easy to access garage. However, it is about 2 km away from Tiradentes Square. Simply perfect, I would come back to the same place.

The weekend in the apartment was excellent, super equipped, clean and with everything you need nearby! Alana is a sweetheart, super nice, flexible person. When I return to Belo Horizonte, I will definitely rent it again!!

My stay at Kamila's apartment was excellent. The location of the building was great to take advantage of the best of the Belo Horizonte Carnival and the best of the city center without relying on transport apps during the three weeks we stayed there. It is possible to walk to several of the main Carnival blocks and sights of the center. There are also several markets, bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants right next to the building. The pool was cleaned weekly, always on times and days combined with Kamila's contact. The apartment is well maintained and we can use all the amenities listed on the listing without any problem. It also has excellent air exchange with the outside and has not been muffled at any time, even during the hottest days of the year (so far) that occurred while we were staying there. Quiet, clean and well-organized building. Very polite and caring porters. Kamila's apartment is already at the top of our list when we return to BH.

Super cozy apartment, with a super nice private area, very well located building, with accessibility and 2 parking spaces very close to the elevator. Adriene was very friendly and always responded to me quickly, answering my questions and helping me with what I needed in the apartment. I definitely want to come back!

I was super satisfied, the flat is super charming, clean and airy. Nearby bakery, restaurant and supermarket. Hi-speed internet with home office structure. The condominium is very safe with 24-hour concierge and leisure area.

The apartment is spotless. Everything is brand new, wonderful pool, top barbecue, great quality bed and bath linens. A very peaceful place. Close to downtown and busier cities like Savassi. The host is a good person and very clear. He kindly made our checkout flexible. We'd come back 1000 times.
