If I have something to highlight about the house is its excellent location, it is 200 meters from the wide beach of Sant Pere Pescador, from where you can walk to the mouth of the River Fluvia and to the ruins of Empuries or travel by bicycle through different routes in the middle of nature, finding the much desired tranquility at every moment.
