Giovanni is an exceptional host: competent, friendly and available. The common spaces are wonderful, the pool is lovely, and the room has everything you need, with a fantastic terrace. The breakfast is also delicious, with a very wide choice and a very high quality of food. Finally, the area is one of the most beautiful and quiet on the island. Highly recommended!

Marcela was a great host from start to finish. She was friendly, understanding, patient, worked with us, and communicated rather quickly. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and we always felt like we could reach out to her. Her place is beautiful. The pictures and description are accurate. It’s a beautiful apartment and we felt safe. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. A huge plus is her hair dryer with a concentrator. I haven’t had luck with many hotels or lodgings who had a concentrator attached to the hair dryer. She was wonderful and we would stay at her home again.

This is truly a "hidden gem" in the north of Ibiza. As a first impression you may have doubts about the apartment, as the buildings are a bit outdated. But if you step into the apartment you are guaranteed to let go of those doubts. The apartment has recently been renovated, it is super clean and there are many things available (kettle, coffee machine and even a hand blender). The neighbors are quiet and in the evening it is quiet. The view is phenomenal.

A perfect stay, everything was good. The only downside is the parking… the street is very difficult to find a place. Otherwise everything was fine.

Our stay here was great the host was really helpful and responsive. There's luggage storage within a 1min walk, restaurants/breakfast places downstairs, close to bars and clubs and loads of taxis to get around, plus a taxi rank around the corner. Shopping facilities nearby too. Cannot complain everything was just what we needed! Thank you 😊

We had a great week staying at Juan y Ste’s villa. It was very hot during our stay (35C) and the airconditioning worked wonderfully keeping the whole place very comfortable. There’s loads of outside space and 2 bathrooms so plenty of room for 4 people. The location was good, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and small supermarket. We were well looked after by the local host Rosa.

Nice quiet relaxing and respectful family community in beautiful surroundings away from the crowd and madness. Great for young families. Car essential and easy access to the lovely South West and the rest of Island. Eduardo was very friendly, chilled out and helpful. 7 pines next door is expensive, but, worth a visit for a wonderful sunset at the cone. Cala Comté is close and gorgeous but very busy. Plan visits off peak. Apartments are spacious, functional, with amazing balcony views, salt water pool is very nice. Occasionally you may hear your neighbours but we had very respectful neighbours on our visit. Only issue is fans instead of A/C. Adding A/C fans for hot months would be a big asset.

To start with, when we arrived, Maria's accommodation smelled extremely good. The house is very nice, very simple and very clean. The beach is a five-minute drive, a small tapas restaurant, just opposite a few steps away! A place for the private car… The place is quiet and peaceful, very relaxing

Just got back from 3 nights here at this villa and we had the best time. We used the taxi service they recommended and everything was explained once we arrived to the villa. It was peaceful, private and clean. pretty much 10mins away from anywhere we needed to go. San rafael is a local village down the road with a few restaurants and a shop we used to stock up on some essentials. Cesar and his family are very friendly and helpful. highly recommend. We really did have the best tome away. Thank you 😊

A super nice place to stay in a well-kept environment. The shared pool is right next door and very well maintained! The whole house is very well maintained and especially the outdoor facilities as well as the top roof terrace are a dream! We will be back for sure!

We stayed at Valentin's house and the house was much more charming than we imagined! We were pleasantly surprised. Valentin is always very polite, kind and helpful with everything! I would come back.

We had a fabulous stay at Casa Can Mar. The villa was extremely spacious, quiet and the views were stunning. We loved Cala Compte which was a 10 minute walk away, lovely restaurants and Sunset Ashram. Highly recommend restaurant s'Illa des Bosc fabulous food for brunch and dinner and service was brilliant. I would suggest getting a delivery before arrival of food, drinks etc especially if you don’t have a car. Arno helped with this.. although pricey we found it was inline with the local shops. Taxis are an issue.. but only from the Villa. I suggest you walk to the end of the drive and use the Taxi Clik app or Uber .. they normally pick up although a short wait, so maybe book approx half hour before you might want it. Coming home was never a problem even at 12pm/3am /6am. Again. transfers were excellent to the Villa and returning to the airport thanks to Arno connections. Sunset views from the Villa were breathtaking.. plenty of loungers, private outside and comfortable beds

Great stay at Victoria. The apartment is ideal, the view is splendid, it is very well equipped. Plus, the pool is really nice. We had a great vacation thanks to Victoria! Thank you very much, we'll be back with pleasure.

Virginie’s apartment is beautifully clean, well maintained and in a very nice location. I think it would be perfect for a family with young children because of the pool and playground .

Excellent place, it had everything as the photos with the necessary to spend a few days there, the pool we loved it and it is very close to beautiful beaches, I definitely recommend it and I would return, the communication was very fast and the host was very attentive to our booking process

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Eva and Ollie's place for two weeks, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Eva who made us feel right at home. Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. The beautiful views from the balcony were breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop to watch the sunrise and sunset. There are two beaches and a few restaurants within walking distance and many restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute drive. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the hospitality of the managers. Their warmth and willingness to help with recommendations and local tips made all the difference, turning our stay into something special. We will be back next year! :)
