Many people have passed through Mar y Sal, people with stories, characters that make Ibiza what it is, a special and unique place full of expectations. It is our privilege to be able to call this institution in Ibiza our own, and to be able to lovingly restore it whilst maintaining it´s history and Mediterranean essence.
