Beautiful seafront apartment with views. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living-dining room with exit to the terrace, and well equipped kitchen. The flat has heating, air conditioning, smart tv and high speed wifi, and includes reserved parking. The location in Costa Brava is unbeatable, between Sant Feliu de Guíxols and S'Agaró, a 5 minutes walk from charming coves such as Cala Ametller and Sant Pol beach, and about a 5 minutes drive from the commercial area of Playa de Aro.

Enjoy the essence of Spain while staying in this 100m2 home within a beautiful 19th century historical townhouse. Recently decorated, Casa Trachsler features an elegant living room with fireplace, large terrace, high ceilings, and an absolutely stunning garden and mountain view.
