Juan Manuel's place in Cadiz is lovely. I was so happy to stay there. Access to the beach is immediately out the door of the building, and there are also several nice restaurants very close by. The bed was extra comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. The place is actually located about 1.5 km south of where the pin shows. It is still in a great location, but I was hoping to stay close to family who were next to the area shown by the pin. At the end of the day, it was a manageable distance, but an update of the pin location might help other guests. Juan and his partner Nico were wonderful and easy to communicate with... even though I don't speak Spanish, and they don't speak English! I'd definitely stay here again.

El sitio espectacular, cerca de la playa y cerca de zonas de hostería (Bajo Guía y La plaza del Cabildo). Además cuenta con aparcamiento propio. Repetiré.

Hemos estado muy cómodos en la casa, es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario. El barrio es muy tranquilo y la privacidad que teníamos era un punto a favor. Silvia fue muy amable.

Desde a recepção, à apresentação e descrição quer do apartamento, quer das zonas circundantes, foi 5*, o Senhor Izi, (não sei se é assim que se escreve) foi de uma atenção, simpatia, cordialidade e profissionalismo inexcedível, muito obrigado. O apartamento estava impecavelmente, limpo, ( wc, quartos, sala) e tudo muito arrumado, para além de ser muito acolhedor. Fomos mimados com vinho, cerveja e café. Está muito bem localizado com transportes à porta para o Puerto de Santa Maria, linhas L3 e L6, aconselho a comprar o passe recarregável (1,50 euros) que dá para todos os meios de transporte ( Autocarro, comboio e barco), além dos transportes também tem dois mini mercados com pão fresco todos os dois e tudo o que precisa de mais básico. Condomínio muito calmo e tudo pacifico, lugar para estacionar. Não fomos à piscina porque o tempo não estava para isso. Foi uma experiencia 100% positiva e será certamente um local a ficar da próxima vez. Muito obrigado a todos. José Carlos Rodrigues

The apartment in Cádiz was practical, spacious, and well laid out – ideal for a family. We especially appreciated having a bath, which is always helpful when travelling with kids. The location was very convenient, close to the beach, train station, and main shopping street. It was very clean, with thoughtful touches like a dishwashing kit and everything needed for cleaning and laundry. The host was extremely attentive – we had an issue with the toilet during our stay, and she had it fixed very quickly, which we really appreciated. While there were a few inconveniences – such as tricky street parking, internal building noise, slow Wi-Fi, and the lack of basic kitchen staples – the overall value and the host’s responsiveness made it a five-star stay for us.

What a GREAT place! New, clean, quiet, everything worked, rooftop hangout, and close to the beach. Jorge was a very friendly and responsive host. Love to visit again!

Alojamiento perfecto, la casa es una pasada, limpio, nuevo, muy bien equipado y encima Beatriz es una anfitriona muy buena, pendiente en todo momento de nosotros. La terraza y la piscina lo mejor de la casa.

A beach paradise! If you want to relax in nature, this is the perfect place. It feels totally secluded but there are grocery stores and restaurants just 10 minutes away by car. The house is very special. It’s located right on the beach, totally private, and the sunset are spectacular! The way it’s decorated is also very comfortable with everything you need. If you have a dog: sand has built up over the side of the fence facing the beach so your dog can just walk right out. The other 3 sides of the property are secure. I 100% recommend the house but if it’s raining, you might have the water enter the house from the front door and sliding doors. We were able to clean it up with a mop and towels but wanted to mention that it’s a rustic experience.

Inmejorable casa a dos calles de la playa, la casa estaba limpia y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días con toda comodidad y sin tener que preocuparte por nada, fuimos unos amigos y estuvimos muy cómodos. Beatriz estuvo pendiente todo el rato de que estuviéramos cómodos y que no hubiera ningún problema, volveremos sin duda. Excepcional aparcamiento y llegada con un supermercado a dos calles. Urbanización tranquila y familiar que te sientes seguro y cómodo. Tiene jardín delantero, trasero y terraza para disfrutar. Recomendable 100%

Nos ha encantado este alojamiento. Incluso más bonito en persona que en fotos. La urbanización preciosa y muy tranquila. A escasos 5min de la playa. Hay un súper cerca y varios restaurantes. Antonio es un excelente anfitrión!! La casa está impecable.

Todo super bien. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Gracias por el detalle a la llegada, nos garantizó el desayuno. Está en una zona muy tranquila con aparcamiento fácil. Las camas muy cómodas y todo estupendo.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Chiclana. Die Unterkunft war klasse und auch die Unterstützung durch Javi war sehr gut.

El apartamento de Maite es de lo mejor que puedes encontrar en Costa Ballena. Es amplio y nuevo. Tiene mucha luz y esta bien equipado. El Aire Acondicionado prácticamente no hace falta porque es bastante fresco simplemente abriendo un par de ventanas. Tiene dos terrazas excelentes y las habitaciones son de un buen tamaño. La playa queda a 10 minutos andando o 5 en bicicleta. Esta situado en una zona tranquila de Costa Ballena. La urbanización tiene varias piscinas que no suelen esta muy llenas y un par de pistas de paddle. Con lo único que tuvimos algún problemita fue con el calentador de agua. Es muy pequeño para una familia de cuatro personas si a todos nos da por ducharnos uno detrás del otro, seria importante avisarlo con antelación para que los huéspedes se organicen, porque una vez que ya lo sabes deja de ser un problema. Se echan de menos papeleras en los baños y un secador de pelo mas grande. Pero en general estuvimos muy cómodos y la comunicación con Maite fue muy fluida

Unsere charmante Gastgeberin Cristina hat sehr flexibel auf unsere Ankunftszeit reagiert. Alles war einfach zu verstehen. Wohnung nur 2 Minuten vom Strand, bis zur Innenstadt mußte man etwas laufen. Wohnung war blitzsauber, alles Nötige vorhanden. 5 Sterne von mir

Macarena ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, freundlich, zuverlässig und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die Terrasse ist groß und ganztägig sonnig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg steht man direkt am Atlantik.

Encantados con la estancia, un sitio muy tranquilo con muy buenas vistas al campo de golf. La zona de la piscina también es muy agradable y hay parking exterior dentro de la urbanización. La cocina está bien equipada para poder cocinar durante las estancia sin problema .

Jose Luis ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, persönlicher Checkin, gute Kommunikation und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Das Apartment war sauber, gemütlich und mit Allem ausgestattet, was wichtig ist. We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!
