Juan Manuel's place in Cadiz is lovely. I was so happy to stay there. Access to the beach is immediately out the door of the building, and there are also several nice restaurants very close by. The bed was extra comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. The place is actually located about 1.5 km south of where the pin shows. It is still in a great location, but I was hoping to stay close to family who were next to the area shown by the pin. At the end of the day, it was a manageable distance, but an update of the pin location might help other guests. Juan and his partner Nico were wonderful and easy to communicate with... even though I don't speak Spanish, and they don't speak English! I'd definitely stay here again.

We were very comfortable in the house, it is small but it has everything you need. The neighborhood is very quiet and the privacy we had was a plus point. Silvia was very kind.

Since the reception, to the presentation and description of both the apartment and the surrounding areas, it was 5*, Lord Izi, (I do not know if this is how it is written) was of attention, sympathy, cordiality and inexhaustible professionalism, thank you very much. The apartment was impeccably, clean, ( wc, bedrooms, living room) and all very neat, in addition to being very welcoming. We were spoiled with wine, beer and coffee. It is very well located with transport at the door to Puerto de Santa Maria, lines L3 and L6, I advise to buy the rechargeable pass (1.50 euros) that can be used for all means of transport ( Bus, train and boat), in addition to the transport also has two mini markets with fresh bread both and everything that needs the most basic. Very quiet condominium and everything pacific, place to park. We didn't go to the pool because the time wasn't for it. The apartment in Cádiz was practical, spacious, and well laid out – ideal for a family. We especially appreciated having a bath, which is always helpful when travelling with kids. The location was very convenient, close to the beach, train station, and main shopping street. It was very clean, with thoughtful touches like a dishwashing kit and everything needed for cleaning and laundry. The host was extremely attentive – we had an issue with the toilet during our stay, and she had it fixed very quickly, which we really appreciated. While there were a few inconveniences – such as tricky street parking, internal building noise, slow Wi-Fi, and the lack of basic kitchen staples – the overall value and the host’s responsiveness made it a five-star stay for us.

What a GREAT place! New, clean, quiet, everything worked, rooftop hangout, and close to the beach. Jorge was a very friendly and responsive host. Love to visit again!

Perfect accommodation, the house is amazing, clean, new, very well equipped and on top of that Beatriz is a very good host, attentive to us at all times. The terrace and pool are the best part of the house.

A beach paradise! If you want to relax in nature, this is the perfect place. It feels totally secluded but there are grocery stores and restaurants just 10 minutes away by car. The house is very special. It’s located right on the beach, totally private, and the sunset are spectacular! The way it’s decorated is also very comfortable with everything you need. If you have a dog: sand has built up over the side of the fence facing the beach so your dog can just walk right out. The other 3 sides of the property are secure. I 100% recommend the house but if it’s raining, you might have the water enter the house from the front door and sliding doors. We were able to clean it up with a mop and towels but wanted to mention that it’s a rustic experience.

Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

This was the second time we stayed at Macarena's Airbnb in just a few months. This time when stayed while purchasing a home in Spain. Macarena is a terrific host with a beautiful apartment. We loved this specific location (Punta Candor) in Rota. The apartment is very comfortable and I will recommend this place to anyone who wishes a comfortable stay in Rota.

Just like the photos, to mention one drawback, the spiral staircase with the suitcases, otherwise everything was outstanding

Enchanted with the stay, a very quiet place with very good views of the golf course. The pool area is also very nice and there is outdoor parking inside the development. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook during the stay without problem .

My 90-year-old mother-in-law and family spent more than two months of very pleasant enjoyment here, just as convenient as at home, sunbathing in front of the beautiful golf course every day, very convenient to go to the nearby supermarket to buy food, etc., in the afternoon, walking the dog by the sea, occasionally listening to the pleasant sound of the waves entering the water at night! It's a wonderful retirement life! The Host is very high quality and never disturbs us. When we encountered some problems, he replied immediately. When we just checked in, he personally drove us around to familiarize us with the surroundings and introduced the situation. We were very touched, especially reluctant to leave, but we had to go back to our own home! I hope to come back if I get the chance!

We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!
