it was great to have the host waiting to welcome you personally. This flat is conveniently located, walking distance from Cádiz main attractions. there are two full bathrooms, new furniture, comfortable beds and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean, just felt like being at home. The communication with Javier was easy; his response almost immediate. I definitely recommend this place.

A perfect house for two people, with everything you need for a good stay. Close to downtown Chiclana on foot and very well connected to the rest of the sites. Angel was attentive and very kind both when we entered and left the apartment, and he took care of our well-being. 100% recommended!

Charming apartment located at the top of an historic lookout tower. Very convenient location for exploring the historic centre of Cadiz with many nearby bars and restaurants. We were made very welcome by Pedro, although it did mean communicating in French!

This was our first stop on a year long Digital Nomad journey and it couldn't have started better! Andres was exceptionally helpful and responsive before we arrived and even went out of his way to pick us up from the train station as it was Holy Thursday and he was worried we wouldn't get a taxi! The apartment was exactly as described and a perfect (historic) location for walking the town and exploring our new home. Andres continued to check-in, suggested restaurants and experiences (Holy Week - wow!) and remained in contact during our stay. Our intention was to stay on for 6 more weeks in Lebrija and he was so kind in helping us to find a new place. Lebrija is a welcoming and charming town with great train access from Seville with onward train service to Cadiz (be sure to book train tickets ahead of time they sell out). overall an exceptional experience. Carlos was a 10-star host, I recommend this villa 100%. The villa is beautiful and everything is perfect, we found the house very clean, everything perfectly arranged. Carlos gives you some recommendations for the area to visit, he is very friendly, he is available in case you need anything. The outdoor area of the villa is very well maintained, the pool is wonderful and the lawn area with chill-out area is a luxury. The description of the house is totally accurate and even better in person. We had an incredible vacation, we rested a lot, we were able to enjoy a house with all the amenities and with great attention to detail. It is greatly appreciated to find such a well-kept house and that we arrive and everything is ready. To highlight, I had never been anywhere where the towels and sheets are like new and smell great, the comfort of the mattresses is fantastic. It has a great and perfectly prepared barbecue area. Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

Everything is great, Ana and Antonio are very friendly, always ready for everything, and although they live in the house next door, they respect the privacy of the guests very much. The house is wonderful, it doesn't lack a single detail, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, in addition, they have the thoughtfulness to provide oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, which is appreciated. In the bathroom there are many towels, and many toiletries available to guests, and everything is very clean. The garden area, pool, and barbecue are beautiful. We hope to return to enjoy it, since we went in February, and it's not swimming season. A house that is 100% recommended if you want to spend a few days of peace and quiet in a rural setting with a lot of charm. We'll be back!! We had a fantastic family weekend at Marcos' house, enjoying a worry-free stay. From the first moment, his attention and hospitality made our experience unbeatable. The house is perfectly air-conditioned, which makes it ideal for both winter and summer. In addition, it has a large garden area, swimming pool and a barbecue that allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. We will definitely be back. Beautiful historic house, beautifully furnished. Good for the soul! Best bedroom and bed ever. Indeed, we (a couple) would have been delighted with the main bedroom alone, but there is also a gorgeous courtyard surrounded by sitting places, several other bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms, a gem of a kitchen opening into a balcony with an outdoor table, a large dining room and three connected roof terraces with another room and a laundry. Angeles’ care for this lovely house is evident in every aspect of its maintenance and furnishings. Beautiful paintings and statues, including beautiful Madonnas. And her generosity is evident in all the provisions in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, including fresh bread, olive oil, balsamic, delicious biscuits, muffins, a whole bowl of fresh fruit, coffee, milk, water, laundry detergent, lovely towels etc. We loved this house, and we loved Sanlúcar. The Guzman house and its adjoining church and the Castello Sant’Iago (all nearby) are wonderful.

Alejandro was attentive as soon as we arrived and did not hesitate to tell us everything we needed to feel comfortable in the area. We had water, candy for the child, and he also had the thoughtfulness to leave us a bottle of local white wine. At no time did we feel uncomfortable, you can walk to the beach and the leisure area, there are food establishments very close and in the community pool there was a good atmosphere. We would repeat.

The place was perfect for us. We are a family of five with three small girls and it had just what we needed in terms of space and amenities. The location is really good for families because it has a huge park right in front that connects with the rest of the garden and recreational areas that Costa Ballena has, so its location is very pleasant. It is also a property located in a quiet development with remarkable features as it is a penthouse with two terraces, one of which is large. The rooms are spacious and the layout is very suitable. Communication with Marisa was extraordinary at all times, with clear and precise instructions from the beginning that made everything easier both on arrival and departure. She is a dedicated host who projects seriousness and professionalism. We had a fantastic time and will be back as soon as possible. Thank you Marisa for everything.
