Apartment vacation rentals in Sankt Jakob in Defereggen

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Great stay, really friendly and perfect location for where we needed. Slopes close by and easy to get in and out of Mayrhofen. Hans was really helpful! Would stay again

Great place to stay, I will book again without a doubt. Very close to the Bahnhof and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The views from the apartment are amazing and the place feels like home. Host is a nice person.

The lodging was great. We were here in early May and having a place to park a car(inside even) was very nice. Location was perfect for a walk along the river, walking into town and getting back on the road for our day trips. Nice coffee/ tea set up with both a moka pot, a coffee pot and hot water kettle. Also there was a little coffee, tea, oil and vinegar. We used the washing machine downstairs in the basement. (A little tricky to unlock but we figured it out) European countries have it down for recycling and that was easy just outside the building. We enjoyed the Carriage House restaurant for salads and pizzas. Thank you Marlene

Bilocale funzionale e confortevole. L’app. dispone di tutti gli utensili necessari per un soggiorno tranquillo. Struttura ordinata, pulita e ubicata in una zona residenziale/centrale con tutti i servigi (intorno) per un comodo soggiorno. Circa 8/10 min a piedi dal centro città. La comunicazione con Giuliana è stata pragmatica e veloce. Lei, sin dall’inizio, è stata super reperibile e tempestiva nel rispondere. App. Super Consigliato. Grazie, Giuliana 💪🏻💪🏻👋🏻

Appartamento delizioso e molto curato con tutto il necessario per passare una vacanza all'insegna della serenità. Ottima la posizione sia per la vicinanza a vari sentieri e servizi sia per la tranquillità . Andrea è un host gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Elisa war eine tolle Gastgeberin – sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einweisung war super, und als nette Geste hat sie uns sogar eine selbstgemachte Marmelade geschenkt. Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und ist gut ausgestattet – ideal um Meran zu erkunden. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Es gibt kein Fenster oder Balkon mit Blick nach draußen. Aber bei der tollen Lage ist man ohnehin die meiste Zeit unterwegs. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit – danke, Elisa!

La mansarda di Paolo è tenuta benissimo e l’arredamento rustico, in legno, è davvero caratteristico. Ti fa immergere completamente nell’atmosfera montana! Pulito e comodo come posizione. Grazie a Paolo per il consiglio sul Lago di Sorapis, senza il quale ce lo saremmo persi. Grazie a Lea per l’accoglienza e la gentilezza.

Alles war großartig. Von Anfang bis Ende. :) Unsere Mitarbeiter, die hier übernachtet haben, waren wirklich glücklich und haben ihren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

We had an awesome week on the slopes! The apartment was really nice, check-in was easy and we had no problems at all. Only thing that was surprising was that since the apartment was for up to 9 people, we expected 3 rooms, but there were only 2 rooms with 3 beeds (1 double, 1 single) and one couch. But overall great place - would recommend!

Ich bin sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Meine Fragen wurden hilfreich beantwortet. Schön, dass mir auch in deutscher Sprache geholfen werden konnte. Das einzige Problem war, dass im Ort kein Restaurant fußläufig zu erreichen war. Ich kann Casa al Lago nur weiterempfehlen

Das Penthouse indem wir waren war sehr schön. Der Service sowie das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Loved this apartment! I would say that because there is no AC and the windows must be open at night in warmer months, there is some noise at night from the street, the planes overhead, and the birds. The open windows also allowed for cigarette smoke from other apartments to get in, and that we did not care for. Aside from that, this was a great place to stay and only a short walk to the main city center. David was a great host. We would definitely stay again!

Aurora je bila odlican domacin, vrlo ljubazna, ugodno smo komunicirali i o lokalnoj povijesti. Također smjestaj je bio iznimno prostran i uredan. Okruzenje mjesta, jezero i okolne ceste su odlicne za solo putnike, bicikliste i planinare.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer geteilten Sauna + Innen- & Außenwhirpool für die 3 Appartements. Alles ist sehr modern eingerichtet und die Appartements sind sehr geräumig. Wir hatten einen tollen Skiurlaub mit einem kleinen Skigebiet direkt in Hochfilzen und dem großen Skigebiet Saalbach erreichbar von den umliegenden Orten. Eine Bushaltestelle für den Skibus ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal!

Beautiful spacious room with a jacuzzi and a full kitchen! Everything was spotless and Diana is very helpful and responsive. The central location makes it easy to get to the St Ulrich Gondola station with just a short 5 minute walk! It's perfect if you want to visit Alpe de Siusi. We highly recommend this location!

This was such a great place for respite and slowing down. Felt very comfortable and at home. Beautiful location on top of a hill with great views and amenities. Loved the routine of going to the sauna and whirlpool after a day of hiking. Would definitely come back again!

Die Unterkunft war einfach hervorragend! Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet – besonders die riesige Terrasse mit Weitblick und beheiztem Whirlpool war ein echtes Highlight. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet, das Bad luxuriös, und die gesamte Atmosphäre einfach gemütlich und einladend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Não temos palavras para descrever o quanto amamos nos hospedar no apartamento de Hannes e Claudia. Desde o primeiro contato aqui, sempre solícitos, simpáticos e atenciosos. Ao chegarmos Hannes nos recebeu e além de apresentar o apartamento, nos deu dicas do que fazer na região, apresentou onde ficava supermercado, padaria e passeios (tudo muito perto). Estamos impressionados positivamente com a limpeza do local e além disse do modo como Hannes e Claudia pensaram em absolutamente tudo (tinha talheres, panelas, banheira quente…) um local super completo. Com toda certeza voltaremos mais vezes e indicaremos para nossos amigos e familiares. Obrigada pela excelente estadia. Fizeram da nossa viagem ainda mais incrível!
