Monthly Rentals in Sandygate

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

Another great stay at the studio. Well equipped, clean, cosy and comfortable. Pip is a fantastic host, kind and generous. Nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely return in the future.

We had such a lovely stay in Sarah’s beautiful clean home. Although you’re on someone’s property it’s so secluded and tucked away. Sarah was so kind letting us have an early check in - late check out and also left us a gluten free cake which was ever so thoughtful to think she’d gone out the way just for me. It’s a great location as nothing is too far. We drove to mamhead where we got married in 20 minutes. Brixham in 30 mins and the beautiful shaldon was less than 20 mins away which I really recommend getting the ferry over to teighnmouth. We had 2 lovely dinners out one in shaldon beach “the London inn” which did a superb roast and the other was a ten min drive from the house, the innery which Sarah recommended in her book, again a great find. We had our car but the train station was close and we always see several buses running. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely clean and peaceful home Sarah. Would love to return one day.
