The apartment was clean and located well within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and local businesses in Portland's Pearl District. We greatly enjoyed staying in the walkable neighborhood, and having this as our "home base" made our stay effortless.

Spent a few days visiting son and grandson. Ideal location for our visit. Once settled in, everything was perfect; nice city view, quiet, corner store less than a block away, very comfy bed and couch, perfectly usable kitchen. Felt like home and very comfy. If not used to larger cities, the check-in can be mildly tricky but once in you'll feel like you live there. Thanks for a great stay. We'd LOVE to come back!

Had a lovely stay here with my Mom for a busy weekend. Being able to return to a clean and cozy space was a real joy. We loved the sitting area for morning tea or evening glass of wine. The area is extremely convenient, parking was a breeze, and the place is very private. Would happily come back here for another weekend in Portland!

The Sandyplace was very nice and comfortable. The apartment was clean and well stocked with a great assortment of kitchenware. You have full use of the gym and pool (when it’s open), which is an added bonus. The location is great and close by to restaurant and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is so much more spacious than in the pictures, such a pleasant surprise! It was very comfortable snd the location is ideal: right off 26 so no need to drive on snowy roads, walkable to restaurants in Gov Camp, also walkable or a very quick drive to Ski Bowl. The jacuzzi was great and the pool was actually warm enough to swim in the snow. We had a great weekend here with our teens!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was spacious, well-appointed, and perfectly located—just a short drive to Mount Hood Meadows. The clubhouse amenities (pool, hot tub, and sauna) were a great bonus for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Looking forward to making this an annual trip. Thanks again!

The place was amazing. There was a bit of trash in the backyard and the grill was dirty though. Will be recommending and renting again!!

Thank you for hosting us! The townhouse is beautiful and spacious! Location was close to grocery stores, just a few mins drive ( Trader Joe’s, Wholefoods). Just be aware that the home is located off a busy street and adjacent to a freeway, so you can hear car noises. The noise didn’t bother me too much, I was able to sleep through it, but just know it’s not a quiet neighborhood. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen spacious and was stocked and had everything we needed for our cooking needs. Host was friendly and helpful!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place is modern and well-maintained, with all the appliances in excellent condition. The water heater was impressive—it stayed hot long enough for six people to shower back-to-back with no issues. The comforter was super cozy, and there were plenty of extra blankets available, which made it feel even more homey and comfortable. Definitely a great spot for a group stay. Would happily book again!

Wonderful house for a few friends. Great communal spaces, and we loved the game room! Comfortable furniture, spacious bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to nearby restaurants, shops, bars, and parks. We had a wonderful time there— oh and the fireplace was a nice cozy touch!

We loved our 4 night stay in this beautiful, well decorated craftsman style home. Love the pops of color and the inviting, open floor plan. It was very well stocked and very clean. All of the beds were comfortable kings. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent location for exploring the surrounding area on foot. Beautiful and safe neighborhood with restaurants and shops within 2-3 blocks walking in any direction. Very short drive out of the city into nature with incredible views. We loved the home itself as well. The interior is a work of art. The space is well thought out with close attention to detail.
