After having to cancel our reservation they set us up with an upgraded penthouse! Had options to choose from with their private rental group(PisolinoRentals) and was well worth it!

Everything about our experience was perfect. The owner gave us clear/easy directions where to find the unit, building, check in process, and guest expectations. Also the pool and the beach were clean, safe , and private. It was the perfect beach gateway with a mix of a private experience for those that need a space for peace and quiet. The restaurant on the property is was delicious and the neighbors were respectful. This particular property is perfect for those that want a private experience or ones that need to explore, which is just minutes away from a downtown area. Overall the trip at this unit was an enjoyable one and perfect for an experienced traveler or a first time trip.

This condo is awesome. The balcony sets up for a great sunset. The property itself is very nice and upscale.

The place was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for family. The location is excellent. First floor with direct pool and beach access. Walkable to restaurants and shops. highly recommend to stay here! I have stayed here before and will continue to come back here when I stay in Rocky Point! The first floor is so convenient to get out to the pool and beach, while maintaining amazing views from the patio. Rigo is a great host - any time you reach out he responds quickly and takes care of whatever you need!

My wife and I and the kids love this place, this is the second time we stay here and we will be coming back again soon; Dora is always awesome 👌 the security team is always friendly but also providing the security we need which is greatly appreciated.

Everything at this place was amazing even my 16 year old said it was the perfect place. Has all amenities as described you get what you see in the pictures. Everything was super comfortable and it was easy to get around to places like restaurants and the malecón. Great place to stay at very recommended.

Beautiful house, staff was so helpful. everything was only a few minutes of a drive, would definitely recommend for big groups!

There was 11 of us, with more than enough room! We didn't feel crowded at all. The home was just like she said. We enjoyed ourselves a ton and would def go back! Having a pool at the house was perfect! The two things that I would note, internet is shotty and the community pool/swim up bar is being worked on, so it's fully closed. We would like to experience the community when that is open for vistors.

This was the perfect place for our group. Somehow it looks even better in person than the photos. Karla was an amazing host, very responsive with great recommendations and help - her host at the property, Luis, was also incredible. Great access to the beach, restaurant, gym, beach volleyball, and private pool! We would absolutely return! The area was very safe, with easy access into town. The resort also had a front desk which helped us organize taxis into town for 16. This place was the perfect combination of resort and airbnb holidaying. Thank you Karla!

Beautiful place. Looked exactly like the pictures. Located in a private area so you feel very safe.Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price and worth your time!

This was the perfect getaway for our family. Being just two rows back from the water was SO convenient. We loved the private patio with outdoor shower for cleaning up after playing all day at the beach. They had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach (umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, a kayak, fishing poles). The kayak has wheels so we walked it down to the beach. The house was cozy and very clean. There were a few items missing from the kitchen, like a cutting board and measuring cups. We asked if they had them, and they went to the store and had them to us before we were done preparing our meal. We have now stayed in the casita in the back and the big house. Both are lovely, and we are going to make this place part of our yearly tradition! Thanks for the memories.
