Beautiful view which my friends stayed in another unit, ours was way better! Was right next to bars, restaurants, the fish market was walkable. Rob was also very responsive if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

The most beautiful place I’ve stayed at in rocky point. I come to rocky point often and have stayed at many different resorts, but this room at Princess was the most beautiful and outstanding room. Everything was so clean, so many kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, the beds were so comfy! This room has everything you’ll need and more. Will definitely be staying here again!

This place exceeded our expectations—even better than the pictures. The house is beautifully put together, super comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our group of four couples, with two bedrooms on each side for added privacy. The location? Safe, peaceful, and right on the beach with beautiful views. We spent countless hours on the spacious patio watching dolphins swim by. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and in great working order. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked (rare for a rental!) and the entire space felt thoughtfully curated. If you're looking for a serene, beachside escape where comfort meets Mexican style—this is it. We are already talking about our next trip to this destination. 🏠💙

This place is amazing and Matthew and Debbie are the best too! They responded very fast and Debbie was so helpful with everything! The place is stunning and the view is priceless! The balcony is also so big and we played games on the table as the sun went down- incredible vibes and sunset! I stayed here with some friends and walking in, they all gasped because of how nice the place is! The area is beautiful too! Overall this place is spectacular and I would easily stay here again!! We highly recommend this condominium. The walk-in open concept living room/kitchen and high- ceiling bedrooms are just perfect for a family looking for a spacious stay. The air conditioning works great- this was a huge plus, considering it was super warm and humid during our trip. The beds are comfortable and relatively large. The place also offers a private and safe surrounding, with plenty of security guards in the parking lot. The building is close to the malecón and main activities. Thank you.

The house was large with 4 bedrooms that each have private bathrooms. The kitchen was large and had a beautiful view of the water. The walk to the beach was only 3-4 minutes and the beach itself was quiet and beautiful. The tide went out each day leaving tidepools to explore along the entire beach. Andrew was excellent, kind, and very responsive. We would highly recommend this rental!

Thanks David for letting us staying in your beautiful house. You had everything we need that allows us to have a great time. My only suggestion would be the 2 bunk beds. Since there was not a lot of space in between them, it was a little uncomfortable to sleep like that even for kids. A different kind of bed would be better. Thank you!

This place was amazing it was so big and comfortable for the group and we really enjoyed the house and the area it was so nice and quiet and not to far from the beach at all. This was by far the greatest airbnb I’ve been to and so spacious

Host went and found us to make sure we got there safe, he helped us in and to carry our luggage in. Very helpful and kind.

Water pressure in master wasn’t good and also tv only worked in the living room. So bring dvds or fire stick. Other than that great stay!

John’s place is beautiful with amazing views. Check-in was simple, and the room included 2 reserved covered parking spaces right next to the elevators. We look forward to staying here again.

All communication was outside Airbnb app via his manager. She was quick to respond. We had a few issues after check in. She was able to return and resolve them except for the AC issue. AC didn’t work in a few rooms. She came out once to check and had a maintenance guy come out also on first day to check it out, but it was not fixed. We were too busy, and in & out plus our stay was too short to be making multiple calls to try to get it fixed. Other than that place was great.

Excellent!!! This place is beautiful, and Elsa is a great host. Plenty of space for your family. The kitchen is well stocked. The resort amenities are awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of Alex’s condo was perfect. Alex was very informative about things to do and places to eat. We had an amazing weekend and we would definitely recommend Alex.
