Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

This home is not your average rental due to the architecture and furnishings. The price quote is based on 6 guests, a maximum of 12 (with a fee of $20 or $25 per night/guest over six depending on the season). Pets are allowed with a fee of $90 per pet if the renter agrees to the following conditions: 2 pets maximum per stay you must bring your pet bed with you as they're not allowed to sleep or lay on top of the beds Please take note that there will be a fine if pet hair is found on the beds.

Come and enjoy an amazing beach home in the best possible spot in Rocky Point, Mexico. Kayaks, chairs, a firepit, and an amazing palapa are waiting for you to make incredible memories. Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station.
