Downstairs features an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, bathroom and second living area which is furnished with a sofa bed. Upstairs is the master bedroom furnished with a queen bed. It should be noted that the property is historic and the staircase to the bedroom is steep - please see the listing photos in case this is an issue. Taxis and Uber are also reliable in Hobart and will cost under $10 into the CBD/Salamanca and wharf precinct.

The stunning views encapsulate the River Derwent and has been know to have whales frolicking, tall ships sailing . Off street parking for 2 and close enough to walk to town.
