It is the only house on this hill just like a hidden pearl in this forest, set on a private land surrounded by ocean, mountain and forest. With floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies delivery bright and sunny, there is nothing more satisfying than waking up surround by ocean and sunlight! This is a private house in a very quiet and peaceful street, with filtered views of the Derwent River, Bellerive Beach and picturesque surroundings. A 1 minutes walk to the Stanley park, A 5 minute walk to Blundstone Arena, the Boardwalk and Bellerive Beach. 10 minutes drive to Hobart city and 15 minutes to the airport.
