Our place has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double Kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has three single beds. The bed in the loft is 120 cm wide. You will find a shower room with shower, washing machine, dryer and a sink. The toilet is in a separate room where you will also find a hand basin and the hot water heater for the cabin. The Sauna is in the main hallway just outside the shower room. The hallway leads down three steps to the dining/living room/kitchen with a doorway out to the terrace area. Outside you have a terrace overlooking the lake. You will also find the outside shower and several places around the cabin to sit depending on where the sun is and the time of day. The Jacuzzi is beside the parking places for the cabin facing towards the mountain views and the lake.

Leiligheten inneholder alt du kan tenke deg for ett hyggelig og avslappet opphold. Du har utsikt til fjord, fjell og historisk hage med mulighet til å leie båten min. Lovely one level holiday home, nicely located in the terrain, short distance to the sea. Amazing views and sunny conditions from morning to sunset. Located in a quiet area, only 30m from parking. (20min by car to Pulpitrock hike start) Folding door at the front and two large sliding doors give the option to open up to nature outside. Fishing and bathing opportunities only 120m from the cabin. Wood-burning stove inside and outdoor wood fireplace. All bedrooms have light-proof sun shading.

15-20min å gå til Sandnes sentrum. Bussholdeplass, butikk, lekeplasser, skatebowl, sandvolleyball og svømmehall i umiddelbar nærhet. 1-6 gjester. Fine turområder i Melsheia eller topptur til Vedafjell innen 30min. Fin hage med grillplass og terrasse ved hagedam. Bowlinghall, treningssenter, handlegate og shoppingmuligheter innen 2km. Elbilladere (2,4kW og 7,2kW) kan benyttes etter nærmere avtale. Ekstrakostnader medfølger. Det tillates kun opphold av betalende gjester i leiligheten.

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Charming house in peaceful and scenic surroundings admidst fjords and mountains. Excellent base for adventures on foot, by car or by boat. The latter is moored a stone's throw away and is included in the price.

Welcome to our family cabin. You can enjoy the nice view over the Lysefjord, special from the terrace. It is just a few minutes from the see, where you can take a bath. The cabin has a perfect location for a lot of hikings in the area: Preikestolen, Flørli, Kjerag and a lot of other places. It is only a few minutes by car to the Forsand quay, and departures for Flørli and Lysebotn.
