Nice and peaceful accommodation with a very central location. Only 2 minutes walk to the train station and 4 minutes to Langgata in Sandnes. The living room has a sofa bed. The apartment is clean and tidy with new or nicely used furniture. There is plenty of space in the kitchen which has a built-in dishwasher, fridge and stove. The kitchen has equipment such as coffee machine and kettle. In the bedroom there is an office space overlooking the street. There is plenty of space in the bedroom in drawers and cabinets for storage.

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Whether you want to enjoy the amazing nature right outside the door, or have a base to experience what Sandnes/Stavanger has to offer, it is good to be at Håbafjell. There is a great bathing water (Bråsteivannet) 3 km, and 3 km to Sandnes city center. Buses run regularly, and we have parking if you need it. 10 minutes by car to Kongeparken and 17 minutes to Stavanger city center🤩 There is a bed and a double sofa bed, so there is room for 3 people

A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).
