We absolutely loved the stay at the House of Silence. The location was beautiful, and we were enamoured with the house itself - it was obvious to us that it was put together with a lot of taste, care, and attention to detail. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and afterwards were in frequent communication with the owner, Eleonor. We can't recommend this place enough.

Isabel's house was perfect for our stay with 5 adults. The living room and kitchen are very large, the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well. The garage in the basement of the house is very convenient for parking our vehicle, I think we can easily park 2! We were in a great location for visiting the north of Portugal. Small supermarkets, bakeries and butchers are close to the house by car. We had a pleasant stay and would not hesitate to return to Isabel's!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious and with everything you need for 10 people. A large garden and a quiet area. Mrs. Olga, who welcomed us, is very friendly and willing to help with whatever we need, and Mr. Manuel responded quickly. Thank you so much.

Me and my partner stayed at the studio with our two dogs. We’ve always struggled to find places to go with our pets, but we finally found a little piece of heaven. The space is great for animals to run around and the pool is just fantastic. The breakfast was one of the best highlights of the stay as well. There are also a nice selection of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. But most importantly, Ana is just an amazing host. From day one, Ana was always ready to help and incredibly kind. One of our dogs had a gastrointestinal episode on the day we arrived and Ana was incredibly understanding and always left us feeling at home while helping us dealing with the situation. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, Ana’s farm is beautiful and definitely one of the best places we’ve visited!
