Perfect place for our stay from start to finish! Clean, cute, centrally located between Clear Water and St. Pete. Super short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and trolley stops. Gloria was very accommodating, going above and beyond to help make our time together amazing!!

Great place to stay for an extended period. Brett kept in touch by checking in regularly. A storm was coming in right as I was leaving and Brett was quick to let me know the condo had availability if I needed to stay a bit longer to wait out the storm. Location is only a 5 minute drive to the beach but when at home it is quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful and I spent a lot of time just walking around the property. All in all a great value and great spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Michel’s rental. Great location, nice neighborhood, and close to the beach. The bed was very comfy and the shower was awesome! Everything was very clean and felt brand new. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent Michel’s place again. He was very responsive as a host, and we greatly appreciated how he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again for giving us a great vacation!
