Awesome location, beautiful sunsets, great grill, pool and hot hub for fam time

Our stay was more than we could’ve hoped for! When we arrived the space was unbelievably clean and also had just about everything we needed for the whole week. Nicole is also an amazing host, and her response time to any questions we had during our stay was almost immediate. She is definitely the best host i’ve ever had, and she made our week so easy with her help and a beautiful place to stay.

We absolutely loved Gloria’s place! It was cozy, close to the beach and close to restaurants! Will definitely be back if we come back to IRB

We can't say enough good things about our stay. Morgan was so friendly upon our arrival and made us feel right at home. The cottage was very cozy, and it was literally on the beach. The view from the patio was amazing. We sat out there until after dark every night. We would definitely love to make a return visit.

Our stay was really great. The house was comfortable and clean. The beach was so close and easy to get to. The pool was perfect and had lots of toys and things to play with. We loved the corn hole and shuffle board. Grace took excellent care of us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic location. One block from the beach and provided chairs and umbrella were very nice to have. When ready to be quiet the pool area at the house was perfect.

My 4 sisters and I booked this for a girl’s trip, and our stay at the Chunky Mermaid was everything we hoped it would be! Caleb was very responsive, helpful, and overall a great host. There was not anything lacking in the airbnb, and we found it very easy to settle in. There is a great living room space with a nice TV and comfy couch for the rainy days or when we got a little too much sun. We were at the beach most of the time, so didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it looked beautiful and clean. The golf carts are an absolute must! Definitely worth the small extra fee to be able to drive right up to the beach walk, coffee shops, and restraints near by. The beach feels very close, definitely an easy walk. You share the duplex with another renter, and occasionally we could hear them above us, but nothing disturbing, and you definitely still feel like your space is separate. Aside from maybe crossing paths in the stairwell or garage if you’re there at the same time, you don’t even have to

An excellent vacation spot with a few hiccups... The condo itself is fantastic! Right on the beach with a great deck overlooking the Gulf. Place is nicely furnished with everything you would need; great kitchen will all the accessories, bedrooms comfortable, bathrooms clean and with plenty of hot water. Overall, the place itself was nice but there were a few things that needed attention: -Fridge icemaker and water dispenser were broken -Beach towels were lacking in number and in size -There is a mention of beach accessories however we found that there really wasn't anything so we ended up purchasing a lot on our own. Whoever rents after us, you're welcome! :) Most frustrating part was when the A/C broke down; happened the first night of the stay and they didn't send anyone to fix it until the 3rd day! Thankfully, it wasn't too warm but still uncomfortable for those nights. No apology, no offer to refund some money for the inconvenience. Customer service could use some work...

Jeanne is a very considerate and responsive host. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped and the direct view of the gulf is outstanding. Belleair Beach is a peaceful community close to varied shopping and restaurants, and is conveniently situated between Clearwater Beach, Tampa and St Petersburg so there are always many entertainment options.

We had a wonderful time at this unit. Beach is beautiful and great restaurants close by. Unit was lovely and very clean when we arrived. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time at this conveniently located unit. Very walkable area with a great beach across the street that isn’t crowded. Great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, & dinner within walking distance. The patio of the unit is a great place to have coffee or enjoy a meal!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. It was very nice, clean and spacious. We loved being directly on the beach and being able to walk to restaurants, stores, etc. It was nice having access to all the umbrella, chairs, and toys for our toddler. We could see dolphins from the balcony. The beach was not overly crowded and was an overall quiet area. We did not have any issues! I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Such an amazing condo!! It’s even better in person, we will definitely be staying here again! The condo has everything you need, host was always responsive if you had any questions, the view to the beach was so beautiful! Overall a 10/10 experience and I will recommend this condo to everyone I know!

We stayed almost two weeks at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our time! The unit was exactly as pictured. Clean and an easy short walk straight onto the beach. The unit was clean and with only 6 units in the building it felt very quiet and private. Lots to do around the area. Partial views of the gulf were a great bonus to the top floor unit! William was a great and responsive host and we hope to be back in the future!

Amazing house right on the beach!!! Beautiful & private pool enjoyed daily by our family! House was perfect size for our family of 4. We plan to return in the near future!
