Great host. Very well equipped, airy, very clean apartment. Lea is very attentive and kind when answering all questions and requests. Schedule Flexible (this counted a lot for our stay) I will definitely recommend it to family and friends (from there on the 1st day I was already indicating rsr). Our return will be with her for sure. Ah not to mention that we were graced with a treat left by her. We like the house very much. It is in a great spot, you can walk to Praia Grande and Praia dos Anjos, and for those who like to go for a walk, you can go to Prainha as well. Bed and bath linens were as expected for use, very well-maintained kitchen utensils. Home with excellent indoor and outdoor space, our pet also loved the space. We will definitely rent again in the near future. We were very well received by the housekeeper and whenever we needed some information the host's response was quick. We will refer the house to relatives and friends who want to stay in Arraial.

The house is what appears in the advertisement, very well furnished, with all the kitchenware that a person may need for a good stay, the pool area and barbecue is very good, a caveat for the size of the pool, it could be a little bigger, very quiet neighborhood, internet works very well, the conditioned air of the house worked perfectly, we found the house very clean, finally the host is super attentive, always responding to whatt sap and calls, was flexible at check out, super recommend the house, when possible I will return!!!

For those of you who will read this message, Mr. Elisandro's house is excellent, the rooms are very spacious, the suite is wonderful, the terrace is very cozy, I set up a tent there, the children played and enjoyed it very much, the place is super nice, everything matches the description of the ad, Elisandro is super nice, he answers our questions very quickly, the supermarket is nearby, I found the beach a little far, the blocks are long, but it was a very pleasant stay, I really liked it

The condominium is spectacular, special for families and beachfront. The apartment for forty with everything needed the BBQ is spectacular. The only detail is that it was too hot and in the evenings an AC was missing. There are fans and it became more bearable but with the air it would be PERFECT! We'll come back because it's very highly recommended
