We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived, the apartment is impeccable. The area where it is located is very convenient, since from there we were able to get around very well both on foot and by car. We loved it! We will definitely be back here.

It was all well with our lodging. The host was gracious and devoted to us all the attention that was required.

We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes check-in and check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). In the living room there is a TV, and right on the balcony there is a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. In general, the access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh, the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!

James's apartment is a large, comfortable apartment and very well located with views of a very beautiful large beach. You can see some amazing sunsets! It has a garage, pool, playroom and security. The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

The price-quality ratio is very good. From the first moment they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The place is beautiful, with a privileged location and direct access to the beach, ideal for resting and enjoying the natural environment. We moved around by car and the distances were accessible: both downtown and other beaches were about 15-20 minutes away, which allowed us to explore easily. We'll definitely be back.

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

Cozy place, no stress, it has everything you need. Easy access and total peace! Location: great! Close to downtown, supermarket, bakery… you can do everything on foot. Sitian is an excellent host, understanding, flexible, ready to help. The apartment is perfect, zero defects. The most beautiful view I've ever seen. Everything as described, exactly as pictured, only even better for being in such a beautiful place.

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.
