What can I say about our days in Arraial do Cabo at Chi Fai's place? Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... We can't wait to come back, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

Quiet neighborhood, good restaurants nearby; because it was a long weekend, with the city crowded with tourists, it was very good to be able to walk to the beach, even with the children. One inconvenience was the lack of Internet signal; the solution found minimized the problem, but the signal remained intermittent, despite Fabio's efforts to try to solve the problem. It would be nice if some basic products were available for immediate use, such as sugar, oil, soap powder, liquid soap in the bathrooms ... but overall, the stay went very well and met expectations. I appreciate the attention and availability of Mr. Cláudio, including for the check-out, prompt and punctual at 6:30 am.

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All shops nearby and the beach a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with courtesy and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

Gecé was super attentive and polite, he helped me whenever I needed it and was super clear in the information. The place, although old, is super cozy, everything was very clean and organized.

Mr. Regis is very attentive! Always ready to serve us! The apartment is great, airy, spacious, air-conditioning and TV in all rooms, equipped kitchen, comfortable living room! Excellent!

Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I think we would have less privacy. We had a very pleasant 5 days! Thank you!

Lenise's house is spectacular, comfortable, spacious, very nicely decorated and equipped. It has lots of light and incredible views.

We love the house, very private, close to the beach, and cozy! I just missed a bathroom in the upper bedroom, we needed to go downstairs in the middle of the night to use it, other than that the house is great! Barbecue area and clean pool

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the downstairs room is accessed by stairs. The electric shower in the downstairs room was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). Rute, who attended to us, is a special and talented person. It was a pleasure to meet her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the place is worth it, but don't expect super luxury, but a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. Laura's penthouse was exactly what we were looking for, secure, facing the beach with the beautiful sea view, beautiful sunset, space for family barbecue. It was the perfect choice to reunite with our family. If we come back to the area, we will surely try to stay at this apartment again.
