Tiny house vacation rentals in Sand Dunes

Excellent accommodation, the hosts who are very polite and cordial. The house is very cozy, we will be back in the coming years!!!

The stay was wonderful, the host responded quickly, and answered all my questions. The only observation is that the house itself does not have a garage, “it is in a private parking lot” included. However, my boyfriend wanted the parking inside the house. But, there is a solution, the parking was very safe. The city itself is very safe too! Nothing to complain about. The host was even very flexible with my schedules, with everything. It was very worthwhile because it is very close to everything, close to Pontal do Atalaia, Praia Grande, everything… Supermarkets, restaurants, bars… Location is perfect. I hope to be back soon ❤️😎

Super cozy villa in a beautiful place! It is a perfect option for those looking for tranquility, as it is further from the center, with a lot of nature and facing the beach. A delight wakes up every day with a beautiful view. The beach in front is great because the water is calm so you can swim quietly, in addition to being very beautiful. We were welcomed very well by Fatima, who was always very helpful during our stay and gave us tips for places to visit around. I recommend it!

I still can't believe I was so lucky to live in this lovely place for so little money! That is totally to note! And the most valuable thing is the care and goodwill of the hosts! I will definitely return!

Good location to rest peacefully

The hosts were attentive.M Cristina received us well, gave us several tips on places to eat and also to order. Her super cool son my husband who talked to him said he was a good guy. We stayed for 7 days on the feelings at home. The location is the local mto bom. We wish to return again!

The place is very nice and cozy, a studio with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is very good because although it is not in the center, it is much more accessible to get to all the beaches, we went everywhere walking. Thank you!

The stay was very peaceful, I thought it was great to have a beach in the condominium! Everything was clean and new in the accommodation, great shower, complete and functional kitchen, which allowed us to make meals according to our taste!! My boyfriend and I were very well settled in and felt at home … only gratitude ❤️🥰

Rafael is a great host. Very attentive! The house is exactly like in the pictures. Everything was very organized and clean. The house has a lovely sea view. The condominium is great, very safe especially for children. Quiet beach practically private. Our stay was wonderful. We have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back more often.

the place I ALWAYS stay when I come to Arraial do Cabo. Literally every time. And it's no wonder: it's one of the best homes I've ever stayed in. Everything has very good taste, it is well taken care, cozy… Seriously, impeccable. The host is super attentive and the “miner” who works with him too! They really make sure you're okay at all times. And the location… I don't know where to start. The town is facing the beach, the ladinho of the kite lagoon, and the front beach looks like an Arraial do Cabo without muvuca. Paradisiac ITSELF. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Great little place in Vilatur.

We loved the stay at Frederic's house, Claudinha is exceptional, polite, charismatic and takes great care of every detail, everyone felt at home. The only recommendation I would give to the host is the issue of the windows of the upper room, there is a lot of clarity at dawn, maybe if you had the possibility of putting on a blackout curtain would help a lot for those who want to sleep a bit more. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Murilo and Claudete are very thoughtful and helpful. They welcomed us and gave us all the information and support that was needed. The location of the house is excellent, very close to two beaches and shoe go on foot to Rua das Pedras.

We did want to leave the place.

Everything met expectations, home in a well booked and safe place, it's kind of hard to find, but after you think it's just joy, the markets of the region (Extra and Multimarket) deliver the market purchases, Zé Delivery and Ifood deliver drinks, it's super quiet. I just have a little note to make in relation to the house, I think there could be a WIFI repeater in the pool area and gourmet, as the crowd was kind of challenging to use the Internet (Wi-Fi) and the mobile internet (TIM, CLEAR and ALIVE) do not work well on site. That's it, everything else was fine, we will definitely come back, Araruama is our 2nd house!
