The place was very nice and caretaker Faruk and Munna were very helpful. The place is very near to Miramar beach and you can see sun directly from the deck. The amenities provided are great. The bedrooms and washrooms are very clean and modern. The kitchen is very well equipped. All the good food places and restaurants are nearby. Overall very good property.

Though we chose the single bedroom apartment for only a 1 night stay, the location and comfortable stay at the apt made out visit to Benaulim memorable. The ambience was top-notch. Very clean and neatly maintained with all necessary equipments/kitchenware. Walkable distance to beach and lot of great restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended for a small family or a couple.

The best part of my experience was Tanuja Ma’am’s thoughtful care — she stayed in touch and ensured we were comfortable and safe all the way until we reached back home. It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

This is the second time we have stayed here on our yearly trip. The location is great with good restaurants that are walkable. Location is central so convinient to travel to different places of interest. The host is welcoming and proactive in communicating and making your stay comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Saksham place. Incredibly peaceful and private. Very smooth check in and Saksham accommodated us with an early check in. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The balcony was amazing to relax on in the mornings with a coffee. My partner loved the swing (I feel we may be purchasing one after this stay for our own balcony) We spent many mornings there watching all of the local wildlife. It’s nicely located where everything is a short drive away. All in all we would most certainly stay here again and are looking forward to returning later on in the year. Thankyou Saksham.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay in Goa! 🌟 I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Goa! Everything about this place was just perfect – from the immaculate cleanliness of the villa to the incredibly warm and welcoming hospitality we received. The host was truly exceptional – super friendly, always responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay. From giving us great local recommendations to ensuring everything at the villa was spot on, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Even the caretaker was polite and attentive, making the entire stay feel effortless and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. I genuinely have no complaints at all – just a big THANK YOU to the host for making our short stay so memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa.

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

We had such a great experience at this property, my whole family absolutely loved it. The place is really spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms had air conditioning and even the hall and kitchen were air-conditioned too, which made our stay super comfortable. There’s a generator for power backup, a washing machine for convenience, and even luxury toiletries provided. The parking area is spacious and the kitchen was well equipped with all kinds of glasses and bowls you’d ever need. The housekeeping and support staff were fantastic, super helpful and polite throughout our stay. The best part is It’s just a short walk to Colva beach. Just a heads-up, it’s a shared property that’s divided into two units. One is on the ground floor and the other above it. We stayed on the ground floor and it was perfect for us. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay near the beach!

Perfect stay … for homely vibes With perfect surrounding and worth it

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

Kept on checking in on us. Made sure we didn’t face any inconvenience whatsoever. I have been at so many airbnbs and have never met a more gracious and involved host (in a good way ofc😂). Totally recommend this property and more so recommend the host.

Amazing decorated place. Host Ansh was very helpful. Flat was exactly same as described in the pictures. It was clean and peaceful. Was surprised to see even spices in the kitchen. Overall it was a great stay.
