We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Team was responsive on group chat. The pool tub was bigger than it seemed from the photos and was more than enough to accommodate everyone. Compared to booking rooms in a resort or hotel, we liked the privacy and the flexibility of having a full fledged kitchen in this villa.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. the place was great , the host Mayur and caretaker manjunath were easy to reach and resonds immediately. the place matches the description and needs a bit renovation like new paints to match pics but overall experience was good and pool was amazing had fun and no disturbance. would like to visit again when I visit goa with a large group next time.

The villa was very beautiful with clean spacious rooms. The living area and the pool area stood out the most. My husband and I had a great vacation in Rohit’s place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were very attentive and the host was always a message away. From the pickup at the airport which was organized by the host to the warm and attentive staff and delicious egg curry. We really wished we had more time here . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . Your beautiful home was like a warm embrace nestled in the middle of all that bustle .

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

I wanted a place which should be near to airport and a place neatly maintained. This is what exactly I wanted and I got it . The host was very helpful and was always reachable.

Best place to stay in North Goa. Location-wise and view-wise, a great apartment. Hope we will again plan a family booking for the same home.

Spacious 2bhk Good ventilation Furniture,kitchen setup, washing machine all things are in good condition Good and responsible host, throughout communicative If you’re planning to visit both south and north goa you can consider staying here. It’s kinda in middle 50 from south and 40 from north.Nearest beach is 6 kms from this property. Overall worth staying since price was on lesser side and got all we needed in a house for our south goa trip.

We had a lovely stay at Saksham place. Incredibly peaceful and private. Very smooth check in and Saksham accommodated us with an early check in. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The balcony was amazing to relax on in the mornings with a coffee. My partner loved the swing (I feel we may be purchasing one after this stay for our own balcony) We spent many mornings there watching all of the local wildlife. It’s nicely located where everything is a short drive away. All in all we would most certainly stay here again and are looking forward to returning later on in the year. Thankyou Saksham.
