William provides a spacious, well equipped property right in the heart of Anjuna, only 5 mins walk from all the major sun downers and within yards of great restaurants and supermarkets. the property itself is in a gated, well maintained community with 24/7 security. cleaning services are also offered daily at your discretion. A/C in both major spaces in the apartment is a critical feature during the hot Goa days and nights. the place looks exactly like the pictures and we found it a great place to relax and unwind after days and nights of exploring Anjuna. William is attentive, responsive and happy to provide recommendations for the local area and vendors as well as answer any questiins about the property. We will be back to Anjuna again and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. 5-Stars.

I had a wonderful stay at Titu's place for my solo workation! The house was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to work and relax. It was an amazing stay. We stayed for 7 days, and the stay was really comfortable. There are few shops nearby so you can get basic stuff you want from there. Also, no problem ordering food and stuff through online apps. It felt as if we were at home. The host herself is great. She responses to your msgs on time and always helpful if you need anything. Great stay. I would definately book it again if i visit goa again. Thank you so much for a great week stay.

We had such a great time staying at this Airbnb in Goa. The space was both beautiful and super functional—it had everything we needed. The whole house was clean, air-conditioned, and really well-kept. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics, which made things really convenient. We ended up spending a lot of time in the living room—it was cozy and had a TV, so it became our go-to hangout spot during the trip. Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

This place is Betalbatim is about 10 minutes leisure walk from the village center where you have the church , shops etc. Very peaceful area and nice feel of living in a Goan village. Lincoln is a wonderful host and very responsive. Provided some nice local recommendations.
