We absolutely loved the apartment! Great location, quiet and calm but very close to the lively center of the La Latina. And staying home was also super nice due to Sete and Anita's nice home decor and spirit. They are great hosts, very friendly and gave us great recommendations for food and places to go.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento.Está muy céntrico, lo que te permite disfrutar de Madrid andando y bien comunicado por transporte púlico con una parada de metro a escasos 3 minutos. Está todo muy limpio y ordenado. Carlos ha sido buen anfitrión pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuese agradable, además nos ha permitido dejar las maletas en una cafetería cercana hasta la salida de nuestro tren . Gracias.

Great stay at Antonio’s property! Check in was great - he even showed us where local grocery stores, restaurants, and the nearest bus and metro stops could be found. He also let us check in early as we were on a morning flight and let us leave our luggage in the apartment after check out as we were departing in the evening. The three bedroom apartment had everything we needed, including a washer, iron, electric kettle, smart tv and dishwasher. It even included an outdoor clothesline to dry our clothes. The location was terrific for visiting Madrid - only a short 10 minute walk from the Cuatro Caminos or Alvarado Metro stations. The nearest grocery stores were also only a 5 minute walk away. He arranged for a paid reserved parking spot for us at the garage next door for the first three days, which was very convenient. The beds were also comfortable. We’d definitely stay again!

Everything went great, the host let us check in earlier and every communication was kind and helpful! The apto looks exatcly like the photos and had the essential for our quick trip. The area was very calm and had lots of resources nearby, it was basically 20 min by foot to get to the parque del Retiro (and the path was very easy). Would definitely recommend!

Apartment no.1 is located at a basement. Shared an upstairs of the house and with another part of the basement with other families. A granny lives upstairs and is nice. Got windows but other people may walk by and see you in your room or bathroom, so we kept the binds down when inside. Car can be parked at the curb or inside the lawn. Simple flat. But good enough for us. Would be better if they have an extra garbage bag. Near to outlets, supermarket, restaurants and malls. Its our last stay before we drive back to airport. The bathing hot water will run out after 2 showers. There is a heating tank in the largest bedroom, need to check the temperature before the next person baths. Heating is great and neighbourhood is residential and quiet. Children playgrounds everywhere Love this flat.

Me and my friend had an amazing experience at Gema’s place. We stayed for 10 days and right from the start Gema was helpful and communicated nicely. Miguel received us and showed us the place and explained the details. I recall we wanted to check if there was a ground coffee making machine and Gema straight away ordered a new one which was extremely nice of her as a host. The place was quite clean with all the things appropriately working. The location was good for us and there is a separate parking for the apartment as well. I would definitely come back to gema’s place. She as a host and her apartment is top rated in my opinion.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Tania (nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants). L'appartement est bien situé, et permet de rayonner facilement partout dans Madrid, à pied ou en transports. La communication avec Tania a été très fluide et Juan, qui nous a remis les clés, a été accueillant. L'appartement est celui dans lequel vit Tania, il n'est donc pas impersonnel.

This place is within an indoor alley connecting 2 streets so the property address is often not recognized by uber or google maps. Best way is to put the following address on uber/taxi or google maps and it should bring you to a large medival doored entrance of the indoor alley. The actual entrance to the flat is just a few steps from the alley entrance. Addresable/mappable point: Calle de la Tres Cruces, 4, Madrid. Noelia and her husband Cesar were wonderful hosts. They took the effort to walk me into the apartment and oriented me with all of the amenities. There was a complementary wine bottle for guests. Kitchen is small but functional with all possible continental items, utensils and a washer. There are generally no dryers in Spain but I didn't have to use w/d anyways. Fantastic hosts and I will not hesitate to visit them again with family in future.

El alojamiento es bastante amplio y con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. Muy buena terraza y un entorno muy silencioso lo que facilita el descanso. El apartamento muy limpio. En pleno invierno la parte de abajo es un poco fria porque el calor sube a la planta de arriba pero la calefacción funciona bien. Un buen sitio para alojarse. Reinaldo y Olga fueron amables.

Como siempre que vengo, espectacular. Frecuento mucho alojamientos de este tipo, y la limpieza que me encuentro siempre en la casa es extraordinaria. Jesús, como siempre, atento a cualquier cosa que le pidas. Dando todo tipo de facilidades. La pena es que siempre vengo en invierno y no puedo disfrutar de la maravillosa piscina, pero el trabajo es así. Sin duda este alojamiento es una apuesta segura

L'appartement de Juan Pablo est vraiment bien situé, on peux vraiment faire tout mais vraiment tout à pied . appartement propre, correspond aux photos et l'hôte est disponible par téléphone dans problème. Je le suis sentie comme chez moi. Je reccomande sans hésitation.

This was a great stay! I did not realize it when I booked it, but basically you are 10-20 minutes walking distance to some of the best places in Madrid! This is a short walk away from El Retiro, Serrano shopping and restaurant area as well as IE Business School.

Logement à proximité d’une station de métro et à 20 minutes du centre de Madrid. Logement situé dans un quartier calme et avec un petit centre commercial et des restaurants à proximité. Également un parc idéal pour les familles et enfants. Logement assez spacieux et agréable avec le patio. Seul problématique pas de parking gratuit si vous êtes en voiture. Je recommande fortement ce logement et Juan qui est un hôte très réactif et avec de précieux conseils.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Fernando. Logement au top avec les nombreuses chambres et salles de bain bien disposées. 2 lignes de métro à proximité qui permettent un excellent déplacement dans tout Madrid. Je recommande et n’hésiterai pas à réserver à nouveau chez Fernando si besoin !

Easy and personal check-in and communication. Very quiet since it's facing inside the building. Hosts right next door, so easy to contact when needed.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!
